It’s probably some years it was built and not renovated. The styles goes back to nineties. Despite being close just few hundred meter to beach, it did not have many visitors during stay. There is pool outside, nearby riverbank with good street seafood each evening with extra bonus of loud karaoke. Room was clean in old style. Probably value for money. Whole area is waiting be commercially marketed and tourist will love to come. If you look for cheap and humble stay you are on right address in the area of great fresh seafood

I came to TUI BLUE Tuy Hoa hotel with the mentality of just stopping by on the Central Vietnam trip. But what the hotel brought made us extend our time here to enjoy all the services as well as visit all the beautiful scenery of Phu Yen. The hotel gave me a very friendly and comfortable feeling, but also very ”5 *”. The staff is enthusiastic, professional, the hotel's decoration colors are very harmonious, the swimming pool is very beautiful and spacious. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is very large so it still maintains a comfortable private space for customers. The room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is reasonably designed, the equipment in the room is a bit old but still acceptable. We all felt quite satisfied after a long trip, and TUI BLUE Tuy Hoa is a reasonable choice when stopping in Tuy Hoa - Phu Yen.

During my ride from Hanoi to Saigon on the Motorbike, I stayed one night at the Green Oasis Hotel in Tuy Hoa. The good things first. When I arrive at the hotel late evening the doorman was super supportive in helping me unload my Motorbike and guided me to the check-in counter. The lady at the checking was super friendly and helped me with any requests, but there it ended. The room I received was very cold and had no window or anything. My room used to have a balcony (as it looked) which was walled from all sides and was accessible through my balcony door and two doors at the side, which were looked (weird). Due to the rainy ride throughout the day, I was looking forward to a cozy warm shower but was disappointed by only a low-temperature shower, which didn't get better in the morning. Furthermore, the entire bathroom was filled with the smell of sewer. This did not go away on the entire trip. I was booking my trip via the Agoda app and had a predetermined price for the night. But at the checkout, the receptionist presented me with a bill, which was double the price of the negotiated Agoda rate. So overall my stay at the Green Oasis was not so pleasant and therefore I would not recommend it further.

Excellent hotel. Located in a convenient location. One minus is if you have noisy neighbors, due to the fact that the partitions between the rooms are thin, you can hear everything. It is not possible to sleep at night. And everything is fine.
