Excellent stay in this hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. Very close to the airport and with transport service. Really a grateful surprise and 100%recomendable.Thanks to all staff.

We stayed overnight after arriving in Caracas before flying to Margarita the following day. The hotel is in a residential area about 10 minutes from the airport by car. The service standards are acceptable but certainly not 5-star or in line with international Marriott standards. Interactions with staff were ‘transactions’ rather than ‘experiences’. Lack of management visibility is noticeable. Our room was spacious but the carpets were quite dated and had a strong damp smell. Inside the room there were many maintenance issues: rusted make-up mirror, broken electrical panel, faulty door lock, toilet didn’t flush and a general lack of attention to detail. The economic and financial situation in Venezuela is a factor to consider but it shouldn’t be used as a justification for poor maintenance. The swimming pool area is one of the best parts of this hotel, many loungers and a good view. There is a bakery nearby to buy a snack or have breakfast, they also do pizza in the evening. Hotel is used by several airlines for their crew accommodation but this wasn’t an issue. This hotel has potential but it needs to push harder to reach better service levels.

I took the hotel for a day use (this is day use because I had to be shot in Caracas for almost 12 hours while waiting for the next flight), the transfer busy is the truth that it is tetric, falling to cachos. once we arrived at the hotel, The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. Fortunately it was to spend the time. I wouldn't have spent the night there. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. I am a professional in the sector and the truth that healthily, that hostel should be closed. This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. Cost-effective, will stay next time

When you think that a service could not be more horrible, Caracas Cumberland tells you if it can. At the reception after 9 pm they do not attend you or God, there was literally no one. At 2 AM the water went down to reception and surprise, there is no one on the early morning shift, less security since no matter how many calls no one showed up. I don't know, it has to be 5 stars to meet the minimum expected services for a stay to be acceptable. If I could leave -10 stars in the rating I would.
