Outstanding
Jack was courteous and extremely informative and helpful with some reservation issues. He enlightened us about third party reservations that we were mislead to make using a google search. Always use the IHG app or website or you may erroneously use a site which adds extra fees and will not refund your money should you cancel with them.

Sean was amazing! He was so helpful and accommodating! He was just wonderful and it should be commended. The room was very nice double beds were very comfortable. We came down for shower caps and Shawna accommodated us. He also gave us an extra towel which was very nice. We definitely will be back if we stay in Atlanta. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Clean, good softer beds, good bathroom, minimal furniture with stickdown carpet. Hotel has 3-4 style rooms and smaller (cheaper) rooms have no minifridge. Microwave in breakfast area. Expect about $80/n after taxes (shop around) and a deposit/hold for $100 on your card.
