Ça serait bien de mettre un panneau indiquant l’entrée de l’hôtel, car les chauffeurs mettent un temps fou  à trouver l’entrée piétonne de l’hôtel. Pour avoir été dans les 200 premiers clients de l’hôtel, je suis vraiment triste de voir comment les devenu, l’ascenseur, les traces de cheveux sur les murs, c’est juste incroyable les traces de demain également c’est dommage

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

Hotel location is good. It is less than three miles from Legoland, Florida. It is more convenient to drive there. When we checked in, we just caught up with the renovation of the hotel door, the construction was noisy, and the surrounding environment was average. There is Wal-Mart near the hotel, and there are many places to eat. We didn't go to a steakhouse next to it but the decoration was good and very close. There was a Chinese buffet in three minutes by car, and we had dinner. The doorway is a big road, traffic is busy, a bit traffic jam.

Cute little lake front hotel!! Gorgeous views and very friendly staff. Our room was a little outdated but came with a kitchen so we could cook our own meals. Great little getaway.

The transportation is convenient. It is a five-minute drive from Legoland Park and a two-minute drive from shopping malls and restaurants. Hygiene is average, the room has a bit of musty smell. The bath water is very good. No breakfast. The service is okay, the guy at the front desk is very nice. Generally speaking, for motels, you can't ask too much.

GGuest UserMy sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.
