All suites include a bedroom separate from the living room and a residential size bathroom with a shower or a tub. Our suites feature a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, in-room safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two 49-inch TVs, and a queen sofa sleeper. TV programming includes several HBO channels along with Cinemax and ESPN.
High speed WiFi is available throughout this smoke-free hotel and is free for Honors members. We have a heated indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, and business center. The property is not pet friendly but accepts service animals as defined by the ADA.
Rose & Emmett’s offers daily breakfast available for a charge. Bur Bun is our bourbon-inspired craft beer and dinner restaurant featuring over 100 bourbons and five big screen televisions and serving lunch and dinner. In-room dining is available.

Wow, this established has been open for 11 days as on 10/11/19. As I drove in, I was already impressed with the facility. But walking in this lobby blew me away. This feels more like an establishnent that is right under Intercontinental in the IHG family if brands. I have NEVER seen a full service Holiday Inn, Staybridge, Holiday Inn Express or even an Indigo this impressive. The room is large, exceptionally designed with the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was fairly basic, but still itquite tasty. Even though they were sold out and they were feeding about 200 people, the breakfast attatendances kept everything full and fresh. Housekeeping is simply fantastic. All the staff were exceptional, but I would like to point out the General Manager, Terri Aunkst and front desk clerk Oz. I was in the area, last minute, for an emergency. and their compassion, empathy and help was amazing. I will forever be grateful and will be a loyal customer from this point forward!!

And it was already so late how can you expect me to all of a sudden get out of the room when I was planning the 1 check out. Let people know the night before if you can’t!

GGuest UserWhile this hotel is clean and safe and the front desk staff are amazing, the housekeeping staff is very inconsiderate. At 7 am each morning, weekdays and weekends in July and they are SO loud in the halls, screaming down the hall to one another, playing music, singing etc. I’ve overheard them waking families with kids and small babies next door. The babies are inconsolable because of the loud noise and are now crying nonstop. The posted quiet time is until 9 am. It is not the place to stay if you have children and are vacationing in hopes of relaxing.

Tara Glover (sales manager) was super helpful and accommodating to getting us what we needed for our large group and everything ran super smoothly. After a moving mishap we had to book a room last minute. Fe-Fe, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the evening. Her positive attitude and friendly smile went a long way after a VERY taxing day!

well, it was satisfactory. it wasn't new or fancy, but affordable & functional. the fridge, microwave, wifi, TV &AC all worked. it was supposed to be an entirely smoking-free location, but the room reeked of it. probably should've requested a different one, but chose to tolerate it. breakfast was ok. mostly carbs, but they did have (powdered?) scrambled eggs & sausage. beyond that, not much keto-friendly...but that was enuf. one knock, i kept trying to book a room with the whirlpool, but it website kept telling me it wasn't available, then offering it at a higher, then again a higher price. so settle for without. its not worth a 60% increase! another knock is the swimming pool was all locked up, dry & being redone (for how long??? much dust visible on the plastic!) overall, was worth the stay & the price, tho not perfect. met my minimum needs.

GGuest UserEverything very nice. Updated an modern, including the flooring, sink faucet, toilet, granite countertop, great mattress, lots of lights. One thing you don’t see is an overhead light. Had one, plus 4 other light/lamps and the over sink light. Very clean large room. Everyone is very nice. They have a small basic continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if ever traveling through. Denny’s across the street. Subway beside. The cheapest gas at this exit since Oklahoma.
