The only bad thing in the room is that the toilet is very short, similar to the child toilet. The hotel staff are friendly from the front desk to customer service to maintenance. There is no walking trail around the hotel, not very friendly to in-house guests without a car

Our venue was canceled last minute and the hotel did not care. They get customers all the time because of this venue and to not understand or care about the cancellation by the event was horrible. The only good thing that happened is the third party app that handled the planned trip stepped up big time and spent almost six hours trying to negotiate with the hotel to no avail. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered had a decent amount of options and was well-prepared in a very clean environment. The staff are friendly and accomodating. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
