Best Valley Falls Hotels

Looking at amenities (breakfast included, no smoking, & pet free) and upon reviews, we made our reservation. Before arriving I was unable to reach the hotel via phone (using the number on the reservation confirmation) but got a recording stating I was # 31 in line. Arriving and noticing the parking lot was sparsely occupied, I entered and was cheerfully greeted by Monique who politely checked us in & issued our room key cards. She also stated she had received no calls! The facility was obviously aged. Although basically clean, bits of debris were seen in the carpet leaving me to think that think a stronger vacuuming was needed. The furniture in our room was scarred in numerous places, the ice bucket had no lid, and there was no luggage stand nor clothing bag in the room. The bathroom and entryway lights were on automatic switches ~ the bathroom’s light had to be switched manually and the one for the entryway could not be turned permanently off. Therefore, we had to cover it so that when getting up in the night the light did not come on. The beds were comfortable and restful. We found the breakfast to be fairly basic but the eggs & sausage Pattie’s were cooked & hot. The only napkins in sight were pre-wrapped with utensils so that for every napkin needed you had to get the whole package.

I stay at this hotel every time I come. The reception was very welcoming and the rooms were very clean. There are restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations around the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel has breakfast, but it is American style and relatively simple.

I needed a room for a night and Hometowne Studios was perfect for my budget. The people in the front office, Carson and Jessica, were very professional and and nice. The room I stayed in was way better than I was expecting. Clean, comfortable bed and many channels to watch on tv. Since it is an extended stay, it had a small kitchen area with a sink, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Everything was clean and in working order. The bathroom was practically spotless. I wasn’t afraid to to take a hot, relaxing bath. They don’t have any smoking rooms which is fine. One of the times I was outside smoking I talked to the lady staying in the room next to me who was also outside smoking. She apparently just had an issue with her sink. She said within 10 minutes of calling the office it was fixed. Sounds like they are on top of things there. I will never stay in another hotel in Spartanburg again.

Without notice me and my 6 children ended up in a hotel for several nights. At the best western in spartanburg on asheville highway . I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent customer service. They were extremely polite to my children, understanding and the Day manager even took it upon herself to mind my children a few time which is something we just don't get anymore these days. During probably the roughest times in our lives. I couldn't be more grateful for your hospitality and your genuine kindness. The night attendant was super welcoming understanding and friendly as I tried to check in in a messy hurry. Breakfast was our most trying time and i'd like to give a special. Thank you so the ladies in the kitchen for keeping up with my three hungry boys and three hungry girls.

We stayed overnight at this Quality Inn on May 11th, 2023. It was very convenient to I-26 and the room was a good value. It was very clean, the free breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Jatin Mehta was especially helpful, as he went out of his way to help us receive our reward points and made sure that our stay was comfortable. We appreciated his help, and we would recommend this motel to others traveling through this area.
