Beautiful Inn…lovely views and lovely setting! Our lake view room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, toiletries, and coffee! I hate when I have to ask at the desk for more coffee, which is usually the case at other hotels! The little details were appreciated, such as hooks to hang a robe by the tub and shower. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The beautiful waterfall is a lovely, easy walk from the inn.

The room is relatively spacious, clean and hygienic, and the breakfast buffet is good. It’s just that the price is higher during the graduation ceremony period.

Boiling water and coffee are available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is good, parking is ample, not far from Cornell University. The sound of the air conditioner is slightly louder.

The hotel environment is very good, the rooms are spacious and there is a kitchen to do it yourself. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I have the opportunity to come to Ithaca. The only bad thing is that the sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of cars on the road and the sound of footsteps outside the door, but it is not a problem for me and I feel comfortable living. This hotel offers a free breakfast, so you don't need to choose a breakfast-included rate when ordering at Ctrip. The hotel offers free parking and is ten minutes away from Cornell University.

Can live! Don't ask for any quality! I saw the comments of the predecessors, thinking that the second floor rooms are better, not black, not tide, and ask for the second floor room in advance. When I arrived at the store, I was told that there was no elevator! Happy son is big! Help me with the box! Behind the travellers carefully choose.

Pros: Facilities were clean and the room was spacious. The hotel was pretty quiet, and the café downstairs serves a decent breakfast. Cons: customer service was pretty bad. When we checked in we were informed that the pool was available but the fitness center was under construction and we could take a shuttle 20 minutes to a planet fitness if we wanted to use a gym. That is not a very convenient option. Also, when we got to our room, it was hot and stuffy. After a few hours with the thermostat set to 66, there was no improvement. when I called the front desk, they said they were having issues with the air conditioning throughout the building, they had no ability to diagnose the issue, no one working on it, and no real solution. They offered to bring a fan, then forgot, and after an hour of waiting, I called and was told that the person who was supposed to bring it had gone on break and forgot about the request. Sleeping in a stuffy, hot and humid room was very difficult. The window was screwed shut. When I asked if we could have someone open it, staff member told me I would have to track down a manager and ask them, because they didn’t know if that was allowed. Isn’t that their job to ask a manager to help a guest? When I voiced my concerns to the agent at the front desk, there was no apology, and no attempt to try to make things better. When I asked if we could be moved to a room with a window that opened, she said they didn’t know which windows opened and which didn’t and they were full anyways, so there was nothing they could do. I have stayed at a number of Marriotts across the country, and this was definitely the most uncomfortable stay, and the least caring staff I have encountered.
