I thought it was close to the Everglades Park, so I booked this hotel. I went to open the room and saw the waiter just sent the towel inside. I casually said a sentence to one more, because the three of us, a person like a black manager, and the waiter explained the number of towels after check-out. Can I eat a towel hungry?

This was the third or fourth stay at this hotel, and for good reason. We came to Miami for a surgical appointment and we stayed at this hotel again because our stay here earlier this year was a very enjoyable experience. This time was no different and it started even before we arrived. I messaged ahead of our arrival and requested a ground floor room because my wife was to have the surgery (which, btw, was successful) and we needed an accessible room. The responding representative (Dan or James?) was most helpful and he agreed to reserve a room for us, and when we arrived we headed straight for that room. Things went simply well with our stay from there onward, from 7 through 15 Sept. Generally, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, assisting us whenever we needed something during our time there, particularly the front desk staff. We noted that all this happened during a fairly difficult time for hotel staff generally because of reported labour/industrial issues at major hotel chains across the USA. In short, we were impressed with the professionalism (and if my wife says it, that's saying a lot!) and we can only encourage the staff to please continue with this attitude and approach; it will keep guests coming to this hotel for a very long time. Thanks and Kudos to you all!

Upon arrival the lady that checked us in 7/29 around 4pm was very nice and gave us all the informations about the hotel. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and had a good night sleep at your hotel.Breakfast is a plus.Cookies at the front desk are really delicious.Highly recommend this property

I had made a booking through ***********, the hotel took the money from my bank account on the day before we arrived (6am) at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel after a long trans Atlantic flight and upon check in the staff member asked for payment again, at this point I informed her that I had paid earlier that day. We were told we had to pay again for any damages and would get this returned upon checkout. I tried pay again but at this point my credit card would not authorise (highly likely it knew it was a second payment of the day) and due to my card being an internet based card and not having numbers upon I had to log onto the hotels wifi in order to hand over my banking app to pay this second charge. Anyway after this we were given a room on the 2nd floor and as soon as we came out of the lift all you could smell was *********. We opened the room and the smell was so strong we had to go back to the desk to ask to change rooms. The receptionist understood and instantly apologised and changed us to a different floor. The hotel overall is in a good location for food, shops etc The hotel itself is clean but the rooms are basic, there were no plugs in the bedroom area. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was better than I expected.

There were ROACHES in the room and more than one. I was reluctant about booking this hotel but the location was perfect for the event that my family was attending. I should have followed my first thoughts. The room seemed ok when they checked in but they were only there long enough to change as they had to leave out for an event. When they returned that night they saw a roach in the bathroom but it was late and there was really no option at that late hour so they killed it and went to sleep. The next morning they woke up and saw two more roaches which were also killed but they immediately packed up and alerted the front desk. They offered to spray the room but they let them know they were checking out. They originally only refunded them for the nights they were not staying. When I went to pick them up I requested them to also be refunded for the first night because of the inconvenience and the added costs of booking another hotel last minute. Thankfully the manager agreed to my request. As we were leaving we encountered another guest in the parking lot who stated they also had a roach issue in their room. So book here at your own risk or if roaches are not a problem for you.

We stayed one night in the Towneplace Suites and found it quite comfortable. A warning, however: The doors to the rooms do not close all the way automatically. As we were walking down the hall to our room, I noticed several unsecured doors, and then when I went to check that ours was double locked for the night, I saw what the problem was. While it closes loudly, you must push it the rest of the way — or pull it closed if you are leaving the room. Otherwise, a comfortable bed and clean room!

The hotel room is large, clean and tidy, and the scenery from the window is very beautiful. The bathroom is not covered with water.
There is a large parking lot near the hotel and a hospital.
The scenery of the restaurant is also beautiful. The breakfast included is not a buffet, but an order. There is a service fee of nearly 8 dollars per order (I don't know how to calculate it). It would be great to have a free breakfast service fee next time.
