I struggled to figure out the kitchen situation with the rooms before booking. We booked a Sundance suite and my daughter booked a standard. The rooms were similar with suite being larger. The suite had an entryway, fireplace; 2 seat table, a larger kitchenette with mini fridge (tiny freezer--16 x 4ish?), 10 cup coffee maker, microwave, and a portable electric burner. The suite also had a small deck (with forest view) and a larger bathroom space with one sink and a large soaking tub. The pictures of a full kitchen on ******* in the Sundance suite are wrong. The standard room did not have an entry, was a decent size with a fire place, small outdoor space (less of a view, 2 seat table, tiny kitchen ish space (mini fridge with tiny freezer, small microwave, and small coffee maker), and a smaller bathroom than the suite. There are walkways to get down to the Springs (spa pools) and restaurants (10 minutes walk downhill)--some of path lights off after 9:00 so bring flashlight if walking back. Fitness center is really only if you want a small weights room. Elliptical wasn't working, one treadmill, one ancient stairmaster elliptical hybrid that was in terrible condition. Tara, who taught my jewelry class was great--highly recommend! I have been taking silversmithing classes at various times over the years, so I know she is well qualified, but also a good instructor. We enjoyed the Owl bar and the Foundry for meals and drinks. The bakery items at the Sundance deli were good.
It's a very pleasant homestay with super cost-effective. The main reason is that the city environment of Provo is very good. Behind the house is a big mountain with some snow, and the scenery is very good; I searched for a long time when I first arrived, and suddenly found that the landlord had written a big house number, but unfortunately I didn’t see it. Many people spent a long time there. I booked a 3-person room with a separate bathroom. It is on the second floor and you need to carry your luggage upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, induction cooker, and oven; the landlord also provides some simple breakfasts, and it is too early to eat. . . When you arrive, you need to call the landlord, and then he will tell you which room to stay in and the password to enter the door. There is a big safeway supermarket and panda express 2 kilometers around, which is very convenient
The unexpected surprise of this hotel, the large room facilities are very good, and we upgraded the suite, which is very good feeling. Outside the window is the snowy mountain, so close. The traffic is also very convenient, close to the Salt Lake City Expressway.

Amazing place to stay! It exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back to stay again someday. The service, the always HOT Coffee and the Breakfast is Bomb!!!. I recommend this La Quinta Inn in Orem, Utah to anyone looking for a place to stay. Rodney, the gentleman that checked me in on Saturday night was a true professional and he even went out of his way to tell me about the surrounding area, so I was well equipped with knowledge of everything that was in the area. He had a great attitude and it was like 1230am.
Thank you La Quinta Inn in Orem, Utah. I will be back!
I reserved a single king with a sitting area a month before the trip. When I checked in was told they were sold out and they had upgraded me, but unfortunately that was a lie as they gave me a double queen room. On top of that, the rRoom was outdated compared to the rooms my two coworkers were provided. The worst part, however, was that the toilet wouldn't flush. Seriously. The toilet was broken. So, I called the front desk only to have the phone ring almost 30 minutes with no answer. Finally went downstairs to find a woman at the front desk with the phone ringing from someone else. I asked her why she wasn't answering the phone, only to be told she was ”busy” and couldn't answer the phone? Um. Ok. I moved on and explained about the toilet and was told that 1) no one could assist that night, would have plumber come tomorrow and that 2) they were sold out and had no other room to move me to. Thankfully I was able to call my husband who is a plumber who walked me through how to manually flush the toilet as needed. So I told the front desk person to tell the plumber that the flapper is either too big for the toilet or it could be broken. I spent the evening manually flushing the toilet. On the second day I returned to the hotel and asked if the plumber had came and was told yes the toilet is working fine. When I aked specifically what was done I was told they shortened the chain. When I get to the room I try the toilet and it does the same thing and isn't working. When I went back downstairs I asked to see the manager and was told they work 9 to 4pm. Not helpful when I leave the hotel at 8am for work and return around 5:30. Meanwhile, I had a case of equipment that had been delivered to the hotel for my arrival, and now needed to ship it back. It had a prepaid label and just needed for UPS to pick it up. When I brought it to the front desk I was told that UPS doesn't come to the hotel (how was it delivered then???) and was handed directions to a UPS store because my phone was on 6% charge. I arrived at the location provided and guess what? no UPS store. Thanks to a nice local I was able to find a UPS store about a mile away and get back just in time to the hotel to leave for my evening event. Followed by one more night of manually flushing the toilet and not sleeping from the sound of running water. The morning I am checking out I FINALLY got to meet the Assistant Manager Tanner. He didn't even want to sit down at first to hear what happened, but finally did as I didn't want to stand and broadcast everything to the entire hotel. He tried to tell me that the front desk personnel said they tried to offer a different room, but then agreed that yes they were sold out. How does that work??? He then informed me that the hotel room I was in is now going to be blocked from their available list until it gets fixed. At least they finally did that! Then I told him about front desk telling me that UPS doesn't pick up at the hotel and he looked confused.

Absolute loved our stay at this place. We got a double room knowing that after a 12 Hour drive, we would be very tired and needed our own personal space away from the kids. It was a beautiful room with a mini apartment/living area in the middle and separate bedroom rooms on each side. The Staff were incredibly friendly, especially during breakfast with they visited with us and talked to us. The breakfast was delightful, but your standard fair, but a great way to get started in the morning. We will definitely stay here again And wish we could’ve stayed longer.
The hotel is located in a quiet community, 4 minutes to Wal-Mart, not far from the door has a good pizza shop. American breakfast ~ the pool is not big, my family said that it is a super large bathtub, the daughter is about 5 steps diagonally.
Hi generally I think it was okay but there were dirty things like towels and walls that I didn't like, the other thing is the environment came very noisy people crying and making parties I think it wasn't nice to feel bull all night and that they were administrators did nothing ! And I realized that if renting on the website gets much cheaper
