TTiTiMI always choose this hotel and absolutely love it here. Needless to say I definitely will be staying here again. My children, husband and I just love it, from the pool to the beds to the gym area to the numerous lounge areas to the complementary breakfast. Which may I also say that the breakfast is amazing and they offer a huge variety of breakfast foods that all are very delicious...

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at the Harbor Front Inn. We were greeted by Jessica at the front desk. She was lovely and she went over all of the details of the amenities at the hotel including a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the marina. The room was spacious and comfy with a nice deck, a mini fridge and safe and an amazing spa shower! Breakfast was included and it was a nice assortment of healthy breakfast items including fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins and croissants. The coffee was awesome and refilled as soon as it was needed. Jessica gave us suggestions on local places to visit including beaches, food and shopping. We had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to returning soon!

Refused to let my son checkin for a 2 night stay because he only had my credit card even though the room was prepaid and I was on the phone with the front desk to vouch for the card. Thank god he was able to find a Marriott and get a room with my credit card with no problem otherwise he would had nowhere to go after a 6 hour drive from PA. Not only did they put my son at risk, the Hampton Inn also refused to credit me for the stay claiming he was a no show. Their manager was hostile, rude and nasty. I also escalated the issue to ******* and Hilton (parent co of Hampton Inn) and Hilton finally agreed to credit me but only for 1 night. I will not be staying at any Hilton property or using ******* in the future. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

GGuest UserLast minute pick, location is good to where I had to be the next day. Breakfast is very good and gym is ok, you can get your workout done. The room has its age to it, but you can definitely get a decent sleep, very friendly front desk. I will definitely stay there next time if it's the choice...

I don't hate this hotel. Is it any great shakes? No. But they have a pool, with free coffee and breakfast. That's enough for me, and I am sure that's enough for most people reading this review. If you are like me, a business traveler, you know all the Hilton brands, and for what it is, it's just as good as most other Hampton inns. ONE small problem. When I went into the closet to get the extra blanket, a door hinge was on top of that blanket and flew out at me. Thank god I was paying attention and looking up, because it certainly would have hit me. Strangely, my closet door had two hinges so I don't know why it was there. Anyone who has ever held a door hinge in their hand will tell you that is never something that you want hitting your head. So. All in all, watch out for the hinges and you'll be fine!

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!

GGuest UserI had a mostly great staycation at the Hyatt in Hauppauge. Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, front desk staff were great. Room and cleanliness were great…. However….Their lack of security and ability for anyone to open the outside door to the pool and let in groups of people was alarming. As a guest who paid to stay there, the pool was overcrowded and extremely uncomfortable. One man let in 12 people, a while later another 2 large families were let in. When I notified Hyatt by email I received a response that it would be looked into. I was there over an hour after that response and no one came to check. When another 2 large parties were let in we left because it simply wasn’t safe. Not a good job on Hyatt’s part to keep its guests safe and comfortable, not to mention the liability if someone got hurt.

EE.ngThe hotel environment is good, the room is big, but the sound insulation is poor, I can hear the isolation room talking, the washbasin does not drain water, the toilet does not have skin care products on the countertop, the air ducts are all bagged and hung on the iron pipe of the towel, there is no microwave oven or equipment It's not perfect, the hotel's indoor pool is open, and we saw many children swimming, but we didn't bring swimsuits and couldn't go.

GGuest Userplace is pretty clean. they leave you alone for the most part which i like. and its not in a bad area. bathroom was clean and water was hot. sheets and bed were clean and didn't have any holes or weird stains in the bedding. mattress is thick and comfortable. I slept beautifully al night.

3363GeorgeR363This hotel is well located near the local airport. But unfortunately this is a very tired hotel and desperately in need of total refurbishment. It is hopelessly rundown. While there is a restaurant on site we didn’t eat there. Saw no one in it at all. Chose to eat at the diner across the road. Choice Hotels needs to give this a total make over. I don’t recommend this property.
