GGuest UserThe stay was fine everything went very well. It was after the stay that I had problems. My husband left his medication and they contacted me which was fine. The problem was the only way that they would send it to me if I created an account with a shipping company (ex: FedEx or UPS) then have them ship labels instead of just sending it with my credit card.

KKarlie WI booked this hotel with my family for my wedding weekend in August. Upon arrival they made us wait over 2 1/2 hours to check in due to the previous guest & still needing time to clean the room. Upon entering the room it smelled like nothing but smoking mildew. We called and complained to the front desk to make sure there was a complaint on file about the smell. They told us to open the window. Turns out the windows open all the way even on the 3rd story. Large 6 foot windows. We stayed a total of two nights. The front desk was extremely rude to us. We requested extra accommodations, such as pillows and never got them. Then to top it off when we left, they charged us a smoking fee in a family of non-smokers! I called and mentioned the late check-in and they said they took a picture of cigarettes in our room. I disputed the transaction with my bank and Eunice sent photos to my bank. I cannot stress to you how untrue this is and I would never recommend booking here.

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at Days Inn . I was greeted by Ms. Lindeddah Pitre and she was very patient with me and she understood every word that I said to her. Just all in all a 10 out of 10 service and I loved it will definitely be back again to have a stay.
