GGuest UserThe good: the breakfast. Area was kept clean and food was always hot and plentiful. The okay: check in was fine. Recognized as a IHG member. Provided with a bottle of water and a packaged snack. The not so great: Housekeeping didn't bother cleaning (or ”refreshing”) our room for the first several days of our stay. The reception desk ladies provided us with additional towels and even a garbage bag for our overflowing trash. On the third day, I asked to speak with the manager, Derik. He seemed to feel that it was not his job (and clearly not his concern) that this happened. He even tried to tell me that it was policy not to service rooms regularly. I told him I'd certainly apologize if he could point that policy out to me at either his hotel or the IHG website. That didn't happen. There was no apology nor any follow up. We made our own beds, brought up our own cups and coffee pods, etc. for an relatively expensive room for the area. Pool area was not particularly clean. Hot tub was out of service the entire week. We won't be going back to this location even though we have family in the area and I'm a loyal IHG customer.

MMCLUCKIEClose to I-55. There’s nothing nearby, but there’s a town with decent restaurants just a few miles north. Zero amenities at the hotel, maybe ice. Breakfast was cold cereal, toast, biscuits and gravy and eggs. Room not at all like the pictures.
