4.7/5
Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room is clean, the facilities are new, the front desk is friendly, and you can eat freshly made omelets for breakfast. You don't need to show your room card for breakfast. Although it ends at 9 o'clock, it is actually almost 10 o'clock. It is extended to 10 o'clock on weekends, which is very user-friendly. 24-hour coffee, a large TV, a welcome message with the guest's name, and good details. The bedding and towels look very clean, and the paper rolls are also sufficient. The hotel is very quiet inside and outside, and there is no noise in the morning.
The disadvantages are that the room cleaning is very uncertain. The front desk said that the room cleaning will be cleaned only if requested. When I stayed there, I didn't request cleaning one day, and I didn't clean it one day. Second, the air conditioner is still a bit loud. I found that this is a problem in most hotels. When it starts, it sounds like the sound of an airplane taking off.
GGuest UserVery calm and silent location despite the proximity of the road. My ”king-size bed room” was really spatious. The staff was adorable.
The floor of the room was not super clean when I got in (found a toothpick, and also some hair in the bathroom) but it didn't FEEL dirty to me. The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature was always perfect.
My only negative take: the breakfast was not great for vegetarians (let alone vegans) and generally speaking not super healthy.
HHeliyoulilingI always stay in hotels owned by Marriott when traveling for business. I don’t have to choose the environment, service, sanitation, parking, etc., everything is pretty good, except that breakfast is not provided, maybe it will be provided if you have a higher membership level.
SSKROWTENThis place is very nice, clean and staff very accommodating. I went to get a snack late night at the lobby nobody was down there but I left $ for my snack and my room, thought that was odd but besides that it's a nice place.
JJoshWolff7The room was great and private. Breakfast was good enough, not elegant, but it was free and had everything you needed. Nice courtyard area. Friendly staff. Great modern bathroom & kitchen.
GGuest UserWe were on the way traveling to Reno, Nevada from San Mateo and stay at Fairfield’s Vacaville for one night to take rest so that the whole car ride would be too long and exhausted. We checked in at around 8pm and reception staff was efficient and helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-dated renovated. We did not swim at the heated indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was at normal standard, coffee was good. I would stay there again!
GGuest UserSpacious rooms and bathrooms, large amount of free parking whilst staying at the hotel in close proximity to Six Flags and around 20mins drive from Napa. A great option if looking to stay close to Napa. We stayed here the night before visiting Napa and some Sonoma vineyards and opted to stay in central Napa the following night.
LLevon’sExcellent customer service, staff was very helpful & understanding. The place was very clean. The bedding, the bathrooms and floors were very clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. 😀
GGuest UserGreat customer service very friendly. Nice quiet place to get some rest after a huge day we spent. Although the city GPS needs to be updated to there new road and streets. But over all best place to stay.
GGuest UserThe room was very small barely able to walk around the double bed. No food was available only coffee and hot tea and a few sodas. The website said pet allowed, did not say there is a weight limit of 12 pounds. This was a major problem for me. Grounds need better ****ing by parking area.
