Ample parking spaces. The hotel is on the roadside, it is easy to find when you navigate, and there is a triangle sign at the door. We booked a double bed and a suite for 3 nights, the room was not bad, and the hotel environment was okay. There is a safeway supermarket nearby and it is very convenient to buy things, and the whole town has a good environment.

I am in love with this hotel and the staff. I don't know them personally but after staying here a few times I feel the customer service is on point. The breakfast is fabulous. Everyone takes their time to greet you and make you feel comfortable; especially a lady name Regina I believe her name is who always asks how everything is or went.
Super fabulous customer service on every end; cleaning staff, kitchen staff, front desk, etc. I am a happy camper!

Breakfast is a very simple cold meal, placed on a small table in the lobby, only boxed cereals with yogurt, apples, snacks or something. It's better to go to the cafe to eat hot. Room air conditioners and refrigerators are noisy enough to affect sleep. There is a parking lot. The location is very good, opposite the large lawn of high school, very close to downtown. When checking in, you must ask for a room with a balcony. Otherwise the window is very small, as long as you stay, you will not change rooms.

It is unheard of. Remember to take a photo of the expensive water bottles before you leave the hotel or else they will charge you. We bought our own water bottles which look totally different. Finished drinking and so left the empty ones in the trash. The four expensive ones were left untouched. We checked out in the morning and they said no charge to the room. We went back to take our luggage.. and asked, they still said there's no charge. At the very end, they charged us $6.55 for water bottles we didn't drink!
One star because I can't get any lower... the room and other things is good, the mistaken charge is small but this is very ridiculous and annoying!

This hotel has fallen in love! Every time you come to San Jose, you must stay here! Very convenient for people who don't drive! Downstairs is the square, there are food and drink around, many selectivity, the key is that the hotel is still very quiet and clean! Great!
