Real good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

I didn't really like staying in old hotels, but I booked it decisively when I saw the high ratings and good location. Sure enough, it is worth the money. The hotel has the feeling of the Hong Kong peninsula. Although it has a history, it is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large. The outdoor swimming pool is very lively in the afternoon. The restaurant on the first floor has a good environment, but the dishes are too salty

Nice hotel, good size room, clean, the staff cleaned our room after the first day as we stayed 2 nights which was great to see. However, I was a bit disappointed with the experience, we got a ground floor room even if we booked it 4 months ago and requested high floor room; we were told it was the last room as the hotel was fully booked! Hard to believe it when the hotel was so big with so many floors. I noticed people arriving after us and getting rooms so our room was not the last one !! We paid for the breakfast, wasn’t cheap but there was a very poor selection for me as I am dairy allergic. There was a lovely staff who made me a fresh omelette without milk or cheese, then I had a sausage and a bit of fruits. I was charged full price for this. Second day there was no one to do fresh omelette and the food selection was even more restricted, so I had no breakfast at all. Staff quite controlling over coffee (for my husband) and orange juice, we had to chase them long time for a second coffee while they made us to feel uncomfortable for asking for a second. The room was very noisy, I could hear next door talking, also above till 1.00 am in the morning, people talking and thumping very laud as there was no insulation between floors. I had a very poor sleep. We were told the big French door in the room could be opened to get fresh air but it didn’t, there were a few very noisy craws making laud caws constantly by the window, all day and evening. The live TV had a very poor selection of channels to watch. The rom was standard, nothing special about it. There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom so I struggled to put make up on and also, no large mirror, could not see my outfit, the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. For the money we paid I expected a bit more. I won’t came back to this hotel again.
The room was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were kind. The room was pretty, breakfast was an excellent continental breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to help us feel welcome. They were also flexible when our flight was delayed and we had to check in late.
The service is very good, the hotel is clean and tidy, the reservation service is free and the service is very convenient. The management also helps to carry the car. Although the room is booked as a big bed room, after communicating with the staff, the room is upgraded free of charge. Earlier, there will be breakfast at 6 o'clock, still quite rich

I spent one night at this uniquely styled hotel with historical accents in central Salt Lake City. It is just a block or so from the Gallivan tram stop (green line from the airport). It is also convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants. The lobby offers seating to work or relax, though I needed a private space for this. Rather than charge me for a late check out, the General Manager let me use a meeting room, complementary. I really appreciate his accommodation. If you have breakfast included, you are given a voucher to use (up to $15) at the attached restaurant next door. Note that gratuity is not included. I did not bring cash and after getting some from my room, I returned, but did not find my server and was pressed for time. My apologies to him. The Peery is the only hotel outside of the Waldorf Astoria where I have stayed that has double sinks in the bathroom. If one is so inclined, it also includes a jetted tub. I am a shower only girl myself. This is the only hotel I remember that has glass mugs for coffee or tea rather than disposable cups. The heater was noisy and perhaps historic charm, though some areas of the floor squeak.

The rooms are large and the facilities are new. The parking is 10 knives a day, and the highway is 1 minute away. It is very convenient. The hotel also offers free dinner from Monday to Thursday evening. Disadvantages are average for breakfast and dinner, haha
What started as a 'meh' experience ended up as a headache/stressful fight to get my money back for a hotel error in booking! This hotel is in a terrible location. Downtown is as close to the airport as this property. Save yourself from a terrible location with grumpy front desk staff. Location: I didn't realize there was NOTHING hear this property. The closest subway that was open/Wendy's was 10 minutes away. Better off staying downtown than near nothing. Check in: miserable front desk staff. Rose didn't smile at all when taking my info. I felt a bit bad for her, honestly. Room #1 (Room 127): - clean - tv worked - nothing else favorable to say. people were outside the ground level room picking through the trash at night. there were a bunch of tarps flapping in the wind all night long. zero sleep the first night of my stay! Room Change: - requested room change due to terrible experience first night - Nicole (front desk) granted move - Picked up key from Rose that night without a smile or any other exchange of words, really. Room #2 (Room 117): - better location, still ground floor but other side of hotel from dumpster. I felt safer and much less noise from wind/at night. - clean - neither channel changer worked with the bedroom tv. good thing i have netflix on my phone! :/ Check out: I don't typically check out, my profile is set for automated folio. - did not receive automated folio from this hotel - DEFINITELY CHECK OUT IF YOU STAY HERE - THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR AND QUESTION WHETHER YOU LEFT! Overall, meh experience. Now for the fun part. Two days after my checkout, I started my trip expense report and realized I didn't have a folio. I quickly checked Marriott.com and saw that I was charged an additional night. NO idea why! Subsequent interactions: - MULTIPLE calls with the hotel. Nicole refuses to escalate my calls to her manager, though I've requested. - Nicole admitted she made a mistake in extending my stay, she thought she heard this request. Suggested a process improvement of having people sign if they extend stays - this is fairly normal, no? - Hotel has asked for my personal travel arrangements to confirm that I left the property. A) not sure how this is relevant B) essentially calling me a liar in that I they need proof I left the property. - Spoke with corporate 3x. Finally escalated. Was told to wait for property to call me back. WHAT A HEADACHE. I've expended way too much time and energy trying to get my $300 back for a just ok at best stay. I feel bad for the front desk staff - they appeared unhappy at best and that has played out in my subsequent dialogue and emails with Nicole. As a frequent traveler, I've been questioning my commitment to Marriott Bonvoy since this ensued.

This room is still clean. I live on the second floor. There is a staff meeting room next to the room. Some people started talking at 7:00 in the morning. There is a door in the room that leads to the conference room. The room is not soundproof, so foreigners Loudly laughing and listening very clearly, the size of the room is as shown in the picture, it is ok to live alone, and the two people lived a little. The bed in the room is very soft, and the individual does not like the soft bed. There is a feeling of sinking...

GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here several times for a night at a time, when flying out the next day. They have an amazing Mongolian Beef rice bowl, great beds+pillows.. It’s clean, friendly, and best of all great service. Today I flew in in a snowstorm. The shuttle driver took me right to my car, so I wouldn’t have to drag my suitcase through the slush in the parking lot, then he put my suitcase in my trunk, AND brushed the snow off my car. Seriously? All my stays here have been great, but this one was above and beyond. It’s a gem, a well kept secret. Part of me didn’t want to write this because I don’t want it to be difficult to book in the future. My only suggestion is perhaps the desk attendant could give customers a map with their room marked. Sometimes finding the room is difficult due to the way it’s laid out. For me this is a minimal complaint and the rest of this establishment makes up for it!
LLaoguobaThis one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory.
Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.

PPWonaTripI dare you to look for a hotel that’s more convenient, cleaner, friendlier, up-to-date, and of good value in Salt Lake. From the modern decor to the amazingly friendly staff, I want to go back just to get to stay at this hotel again! On my last morning there, I noticed a group of what seemed to be hotel employees meeting in a small room off to the side. I found out it was indeed hotel employees – and the owner – who was grateful for my high praise of the property. I can sincerely say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

GGuest UserFirst time staying at a Radisson Hotel, and we enjoyed it. The location was perfect, it was near the LDS conference building and many more places we were looking forward to visit. The only down fall was that there wasn’t many restaurants near by. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view from our room was perfect. The is a restaurant on the first level of the hotel by the front desk, we had lunch there. I ordered a Cheeseburger and it was super good! The front desk and security guard were very kind and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is OK, I like it very much. It is convenient for food and accommodation. I will come again next time. I will definitely come here for business trips again if I have the chance. The accommodation is very good. I like this hotel very much. It is very good. Recommend to everyone!
GGuest UserFirst off, I love a hotel where the staff really works hard to take care of the traveler! Little things like breakfast starting at 4:30am instead of 6:30 or 7am. A great pool, great airport shuttle, and great service at checkin. Moses, the assistant mgr took great care of me at check in. The room was very large and very nice. The price was the best of all the hotels near the airport. Not a negative word to say about this place!
GGuest UserI recently spent a week (second week of April) staying at this property and knew when booking it that I had to keep my expectations in check. The location was great for access to the car rental agency, airport and downtown locations I planned my week around. There is a Denny's, McDonalds and a killer good Mexican restaurant all with in a block or two. The property is worn and dated but all common areas are clean and without any musty or overpowering smells. The rooms are surprisingly large and I was quite comfortable with my bedding and pillows. The unfortunate thing was that during my visit they were unable to provide any air conditioning as their system was still set for winter. After returning to my room on the second day and finding it at 85 degrees I had to discuss options with the desk. They were very understanding and were able to move me to a cooler room that I was able to deal with after buying a fan from the local Walmart. I did note that the toilet paper holder was askew and partially pulled from the wall. The metal towel holder had at one time been ripped from the wall and reinstalled without any concern for the resulting sharp edges from the resulting damage. My smoke detector was not mounted to the ceiling but instead resided on the shelf inside the closet. For me these were all little things, excepting for the air conditioning, and inconveniences I could handle. If my wife had been with me the place would not have worked and I felt for those guys that were checking in with their female partners. This is basically one of those places where traveling construction crews utilize (at least during my stay it was). The staff is friendly, accommodating and left working with what they have do deal with the best they can. I almost got what I expected when booking this chain, however I have had excellent past stays at other Comfort Inn locations. Salt Lake City is very easy to maneuver and knowing that now, I would not hesitate to look for a better stay a little further from the central city. Would I stay again? Only by myself and on a tight budget. It was not terrible, unsafe, or dirty and did what I needed - just don't expect too much with the price.

GGuest UserI had to book this room last minute to deal with a family emergency in the city. The photos looked decent and reviews said it was clean and the price was great. When we arrived late in the evening, the guy behind the desk was apathetic, and actually rather rude. The stairwell up to the third floor was the beginning of my feelings that this may have been a mistake. Between the back alley feel and the phallus shaped artwork on the windows were pretty demoralizing. The cart full of junk outside the door of the room next to us didn't help. Inside the room, I immediately noticed that the walls were scuffed all over and that you could see where light fixtures had been changed. The carpet had stains and was pretty worn. MY wife found some long black hair on the towels in the bathroom, and all they supplied were a pair of bath towels. When she asked the gentleman in the lobby for replacements, he provided a single towel, forcing her to ask for another, and then a hand towel and washcloth. He was pretty rude about the whole thing. Our room had a window facing West Temple, and it's only a single pane so the road noise was significant when compared to a room in other places. There was a lack of outlets that were easily accessible next to the bed, so if you travel with a CPAP, be ready to mobe the bed to plug in. The bed was clean, and the Tempurpedic mattress was nice, but the box spring had obviously been victim to a cat that decided to sharpen its claws. After an OK night's sleep, we took morning showers. In the shower, it looks like the tile had been painted over, and the paint was peeling badly. The worst part of the room in my book is in the shower. The showerhead provided a mere dribble and was simply the most disappointing shower I've ever had in my life. It's a shame, because this property, has some real potential to be a really cool place, so I hope the owners can take this review as constructive criticism and make some improvements.

YYUANThe room in this hotel is not big, but the reservation description is not small, saying that it is 18 square meters, I don’t feel it. Both cold and hot water are small, especially the water in the wash basin, with a few thin lines, and the same is true for the one living in the back. A uniform faucet is acceptable if it is for environmental protection and water saving.
The price is very real, which is a merit that is understandable. Good price/performance ratio, generally recommended.
