Excellent
GGuest UserI stayed at the Hampton for almost 6 months. During that time all the staff were friendly, and professional. Rooms always very clean and invited you to relax and enjoy the experience! As a guest I felt welcome and all my needs during my stay were taking care. I had a real positive experience. The service was very good, and my stay was so relaxing. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request or modifications. The hotel amenities (gym, pool, laundry) were always clean and provided general comfort. The Manager (Laura) always was following up with me about how was everting, and to make sure I was ok. This hotel is a great example of Excellent Costumer Service and Hospitality!!!!!!
A+ for hard working and friendly staff, AC, bed, TV, wifi, cleanliness. B for Breakfast. D+ for coffee. Drinkable, but pretty awful. How is it that BW can't have coffee as good as, say, McDonald's? But, they don't. C for physical plant. This is a pretty old hotel. Bathrooms are clean but somewhat rode-hard.
Okay but not much more than okay. We’re on an extended road trip through the southwest, so we had booked quite some time ahead and this was one of those occasions where it didn’t turn out to be as good as it looked. Check in was fine, but a smile or two would have helped. The room seemed clean, although it’s getting very worn around the edges, and in the middle too. They’ve done some piecemeal renovations, but it’s still kinda grungy. A lot of stuff, like the tub and taps are just plain old and need replacing. Bed was quite comfortable, but the room was warm and stuffy and couldn’t get the ceiling fan to turn on. Breakfast was kind of skimpy, more of a grab and go continental than anything. Coffee wasn’t much more than coloured hot water. All in all, mid-range budget hotel than could do much better.
