The Breakers Palm Beach is definitely one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We have already spent several weeks in this hotel and will definitely come back. The whole scenery, including the building itself is wonderful. The beach club is very fancy, but also has an relaxed atmosphere. We really liked the breakfast in the Circle Room, special thanks to Zara, she did a great service! All in all we highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the journey from Germany is very long, otherwise we would come more often!

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life dealing with the hotel. I made a reservation on *******, the terms of the reservation stated that my card will be charged when I stay. However, the hotel charged me 4 days after the reservation was made with the full amount of $741 a night. I called ******* twice, but they couldn't reach out to the manager of the hotel, who is responsible for matters like that. Two times in a row they were told by the staff that ”manager is in the meeting”. I decided to call the hotel myself, guess what - I received the same answer that ”manager is in the meeting and of course we will let him/her know about the issue and he/she will call you back”. I was waiting for about a week, but nobody called me back. I called the Tideline again and was transferred to the voicemail at the manager”s office, where I left a message directly to the manager describing the issue. Guess what - nobody called me back, ever. After waiting for another week I decided to contact ******* again and this time they were able to contact the manager, who apologized and said that the refund was issued and I should expect to see the money in my bank account within 5-7 business days. It's been 11 business days, more than two weeks and I still haven't seen the refund being posted. It's been almost a month since the initial charge happened, I made 7 calls and spent about 5 hours on the phone dealing with this issue, so you can only imagine how I feel about this hotel. I would give this hotel 0 stars, if I could, but you can't post a review this way. This place doesn't deserve even a 1 star. I cancelled my booking and I will NEVER stay in this hotel, ever. I will tell all of my friends about this horrible experience and will make everything possible. Everybody knows about how the staff and the manager of this hotel works and that they simply don't care. Tatiana Rudina.

My room was beautifully designed with every detail in mind, and the food at Swifty’s was fantastic. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and Worth Avenue. Whether you want to relax or explore, The Colony delivers an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!
