GGuest UserThe A-C was to loud and disrupted sleep as it it kicked on/off consistently. Most important to me is a good night of sleep. It didn’t happen. Everything else was great. Buffet was hot and good for breakfast.

GGuest UserThis property was a great location in Bricktown area. Parking is an issue, yes valet is there at an an addition cost that can be confusing if you don't pick at first. The valet service is worth the price in that they provide versus the self park. Construction was currently in process, mad the lobby area congested and back door open at will. During our stay we. requested room fresh linens and bed service. Staff was friendly and courtesus during the stay at a base level.

SSwenstadOur stay was great! The room was spacious, nice, and clean! The area of the Hotel was quiet! Parking was also great! It was the perfect location to walk to bricktown! Highly recommend this hotel!

BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGuest UserThe valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. . We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

GGuest UserThe breakfast food, it was nothing like the reviews said it was. There were no eggs , just some cold rubber sausage and chewy potato pieces. There was no plates. The lady bringing out the breakfast was nice , but she did not care About her job. She literally said Well this is what you get when you get free breakfast. I was appalled. The rooms are a $100 and up.So you would think that the continental free breakfast would be awesome! But sadly that was not the case. When we first got there, the room that we got the A.C did not work and the tv Didn't either. However the lady At the front desk was Extremely nice & very helpful! We appreciated her!

FFAUXVery affordable for a full suite! The room was clean, comfortable, and updated to be very modern. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so we were disturbed by a rowdy group of guests at 3am. If people didn’t behave as animals, this would’ve been a 10/10 stay! The area of town isn’t the greatest as there are a LOT of homeless, which is probably a reason to the cheaper room rates, but the room itself is fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe only problem we had was that I reserved a smoking room but when we arrived the man checking us in said it wasn't a smoking room and would not put us in a smoking room. We made our reservation at this hotel because we knew they had smoking rooms. Pretty disappointed with this stay.

To be their work title the rooms could be cleaner but they suit me just fine they don't bother u at all unless guest are causing problems kiki needs to be the manager bc she goes above and beyond and stays professional
