The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Sleeping area was separated from the living and kitchen area. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Located near the University that has an amazing Stonehenge replica on property. The one caveat about the room is the tub/shower combo. There are no grips on tub surface and no bath mat. Upon entering tub/shower, I slipped and injured my leg resulting in a giant hematoma, golf ball sized. Reported this to front desk, showing him the injury on my leg. He said there was nothing he could do and management would be in touch. We checked out. Never received a call. After a week of many unanswered calls, we finally did get a hold of someone and the manager did return our call. She had not been informed of the incident and was apologetic. Issue was resolved. I would recommend if no mat is in bath, use a towel on the base of tub to prevent slipping. Also, there is a large mall type parking area and we were not informed there was a charge for parking. Presently it is $3.87.

Another great stay! When making the long drive to El Paso we always stay here. After 9 hours of driving we need a rest. We stayed on Sunday June 18th-that’s important because I failed to get the names of the staff that took great care of us. Great treatment started at checkin when we found out we’d be on the concierge level-free drinks, food and breakfast. The bartender that night was great as was the breakfast attendant. We ate dinner in the restaurant. Excellent food. I had the grilled seafood plater and my wife had the salmon. Both were excellent. Plenty of parking-always a pet peeve of mine. Only thing I wish they’d do is put an automatic door an the main entrance. We’ll be back.

Rooms are not clean, definitely want to keep your shoes on. We had to be careful about the bathroom door because it wouldn't open from inside once closed. Complimentary breakfast buffet is almost empty by 8am even though they say breakfast is until 9am. You will do a lot of asking and waiting for food. Restaurant Sunday morning is definitely more interested in its brunch crowd from town than paying hotel guest. Dinner buffet and complementary drink were good, one of better amenities from the hotel for sure. If you are going with a large family be aware you cannot sit out in the common area after 10 to visit and be together because they have a curfew and you will be told you can't be there and sent to your room. Pool area is more worried about bracelets than cleanliness. It states no lifeguard but they have a person who sits in a lifeguard seat but does nothing other then check for bracelets. There were shining bright spots in our visit but not a lot. Also check in does not necessarily happen at 3. One room wasn't ready until around 5. And they are knocking on your door by 10am asking when you are checking out. Being told you are not free to move about a property you paid to be at is very strange. Overall I would say book elsewhere.

We had only planned to pass through Odessa on our way to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, but unfortunately we had vehicle issues & were left stranded. The Home 2 Suites in Odessa was most accommodating & helpful. We were so thankful to have a comfortable & safe place during the days we were there getting vehicle arrangements made so we could proceed on our trip. The hotel was very clean, all the staff were so nice & helpful, our room was very comfortable.

GGuest UserNEVER GO HERE! Poor service when asked for a refund after room was VERY dirty. We had no clean towels (used from previous people), trash still in room, nasty cigarette smell. When we went in to ask for a refund the manager wasn’t there so said to call in the morning. When we called they said we were not provided a refund even though we check out the same day we checked in less than 3 hrs of staying ! we first got here checked in and dropped our stuff off and left right away. we called the next morning and the owner hung up on us when we asked for a refund or even credit for another one for future reference! very unprofessional and disgusting.

VveganlisaWe've stayed at this Ramada several times over the last five years. We usually stay at this Ramada because of the affordable rates. We like to soak in the hot tub. During our stay at the Ramada, Joe and I had a suite. The suite has a separate room with a king bed. The bedroom has a bigger flat screen TV than the living room. There are two bathrooms in the suite. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, countertop with sink, clothes rack, luggage rack and an ironing board. The other bathroom has a toilet and a sink by the the kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator under the countertop and a microwave on the countertop. There's a bar sink in the countertop of the kitchenette. This suite would be great for a few days to relax, recover from surgery or if you have to work. The living room has a couch, coffee table, flat screen TV and desk with a chair. There's plenty of space to work separately from other people. There's free breakfast in the mornings. You can make your own waffles. During our last visit there was bacon and scrambled eggs. My husband and I don't eat meat, dairy products or eggs. They usually have some packaged food (muffins and/or pastry) and bread available in the mornings. A variety of cereal is stored in plastic bins. The refrigerator has yogurt and milk. We usually just have juice and maybe coffee in the mornings in the breakfast area. Sometimes I'll snack on cereal. We usually eat food in our room. We ate some plant-based food at the Indian restaurant once a few years ago. They had some vegan and vegetarian options on their menu. We've had family members stay in a couple other rooms here while in Odessa. It's a good location and there's plenty of parking available. My husband, Joe and I live almost four hours away from Odessa. We plan to stay there during our next shopping trip. Tips: The interior rooms by the courtyard are the best rooms.

The staff is A-1! Anytime I needed anything at all someone was available. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Erica is a great asset to the hotel! The cleanliness of the facilities is great! OMG the breakfast was delicious! 10 out of 10! I will return and tell all my colleagues about the amazing improvements

Furnishings included a comfortable bed. also included were refrigerator microwave hair dryer coffee pot. Great place to stay if you're traveling through. Room 211 had a poles to hang up and underneath the bed. Just need to be cautious walking around the bed.
