This place is more like renting a condo. We were so pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door, it’s gorgeous! So spacious and decorated well. They have a ton of books to read by the gas fireplace, all the dishes and silverware we needed, full kitchen, comfy couch, huge bedroom and a nice bathroom. We stayed in the executive suite, and for the low price, it was amazing! The front desk was so kind, you can walk over if you need any more supplies. We stayed for two days and nights, and it was completely peaceful. Make sure to turn left and walk two blocks to the beach. Eat at Slappy’s while you’re there, or go to the right and eat at the adorable Rock and Roll diner. We have never vacationed in Oceana, but loved this resort so much we plan to come once a year.

It was a great improvement from the last time I stayed a out 7 years ago.

Frishly renovated and clean! No more comparison with the pictures and reviews here. We were here in June 2022. Very beautiful bright clean rooms very nice renter. Pricefully all right 70USD per night is not much. Very good location near the beach (10min walk). Super just recommend

Pacific Inn, Grover Beach Quiet until road work started, but work should end soon. Clean room pleasantly decorated. An abundance of outlets conveniently located. Staff is pleasant, very helpful, and considerate. I stayed three nights.

Room 205 was ready for us on Feb. 17. We had received a great deal on the price so I was prepared thinking it would not be a great place. I was in for a great surprise...everything was totally cleaned including the window sills and bathroom must have been completely redone as everything was shining! We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends. The room is small but who cares as we just needed a place to sleep while we were enjoying the ocean during the day. Did not hear any noise whatsoever.

Friendly kind clean beds are comfortable and very quiet when we come to Avila Beach we stay at Ahola inn prices are reasonable pool is always clean if we no that someone is going to the beach we tell them stay at Ahola inn you won’t be disappointed

The hotel is under reno. but the rooms are clean and good size, really close to Pismo beach, it is just off the HWY but no noise what so ever, the big minus is the Breakfast area and food quality, which needs to be improved, and in such case will be back for sure, otherwise, we will look around.

This hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out a situation where we accidentally booked wrong dates and they accommodated and assured us with no issues. We had a problem with our gift card too and Phillip the hotel manager went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure our stay was great. The customer service was beyond exceptional everyone at the front desk was so nice and made us feel better about the dates and gift cards situation they literally took our stress and for that we thank them so much. The rooms were great, clean and hot tub areas was so nice especially after such a crazy way to start a stay. So again, thank you Phillip and from staff for a great stay at nice and clean, home like hotel.

Stayed here for my cousin's wedding weekend. It was a very nice motel. Newly renovated with a modern look and very clean. There isn't a physical person in the lobby, you check in with someone via a type of Skype situation. It was strange at first, but then you realize how simple and easy it is to check in and out with just a few clicks. They offer free coffee in the lobby, and a fridge and microwave in the room, which was a big plus for us! We would definitely stay here again.
