This was a terrible hotel. It was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the wallpaper was peeling. I chose it because I usually trust the Comfort Inn brand, and it had good proximity to Union Station. This was very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend it.

Got there pretty late after a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater to see Heilung. The two ladies working the counter were really friendly and accommodating. Total sweethearts. No surprise deposit was needed either. This shitty little hotel was a godsend and I would absolutely recommend. Friendly staff, affordable prices, surprisingly decent room!

Beware of this hotel and their bait and switch! We booked a king suite via their official site that was supposed to have a king bed and a SEPARATE living area with a sofa bed. As can be seen by the attached photos taken directly from their website there are clearly two separate rooms. We booked this specifically so we’d have two separate sleeping areas. We also booked a standard (not handicap accessible) room. After checking in our first room was a standard room with no sleeper sofa. When I called the front desk the person who answered was clearly “put out” and had a rude tone, telling us to come to the lobby. After fiddling on his computer he gave us a new room. The new room was a handicap accessible room, which we could’ve dealt with despite the shower having no lip and so water literally goes all over the floor of the bathroom. Other configurations of the room to make it accessible made it less than ideal, but - again - not a deal breaker. However, the “king suite” was just a single room with a sofa bed at the foot of the king bed, thus making it a really long bed. When I called, and then went to the lobby again, to complain I was told that they don’t have the room I’d booked. They physically don’t have it. I asked for two connecting rooms to compensate since we wanted the separate sleeping areas that WE’D PAID FOR and was told we’d have to pay for another room. Are you f’ing kidding me??? As compensation I was offered a free appetizer. This place if a joke. I’ll never stay here, or at any of this chain’s other properties, again. Unbelievable!!!

recently visited motel 6 in Thornton colo. very present stay.the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly,Sheli the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful.we stood for 2 weeks and had no issues. Tatiana was also a lot of help. would recommend to anyone,I enjoyed my stat
