Rooms are very bad I was expecting more breakfast is the same every day breakfast is not very rich cleaning is not very good and when you arrive they ask you a $100 deposit and when you finished your stay they return it and the very but very kid
As a family with two teenagers we booked the two queens sized beds, it was spacious and had plenty of room for 4 suitcases. There was a kitchenette with cutlery, toaster, coffee machine, dish washer and fridge but no kettle. The bathroom had a sliding door snd a large shower with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was a sofa and desk too. We stayed on the 6th floor and looked out into construction as they were fixing the golf course. It was a bit noisy in the morning and sometimes can hear the traffic outside as it was near an intersection. It didn’t bother us too much. The room was clean and you have to book house cleaning if you are staying longer than 5 days. We was there for 7 nights. There was free breakfast everyday, basics food and small seating area but you can take it back to your room. There was a live, made to order waffle station. The swimming area was small and had a large Jacuzzi, there was a small gym next to the laundry room. You need to put 1 dollar worth of quarters to use it plus you need to bring detergent. The parking was free which was great as some hotels charged to park and you have to drive everywhere in LA so this was a bonus! Plenty of parking outside or in the underground parking. The hotel was in East LA, 12 mins from downtown, 35 mins from LAX, 45 mins from Santa Monica, 35 mins from Universal Studios and 8 mins from Stranger things experience. Citadel outlet was 12 mins away and local MontebelloShopping centre was 10 mins away with Nike, Macy and JC penny so plenty of shopping nearby. Costco, Target and fast food places are all within 10 mins drive. Ontario Mills premium shipping outlet was 40 mins drive. I would recommend this hotel for the convenience and I would return again if travelling with family.
With the heat wave that So. Cal. was experiencing, we did a staycation for the Labor Day weekend. First they switched our room so we had no view of the pool, that was the first in a long list of issues. The front desk was about as useless as they come. Not one of the people we spoke to was in anyway helpful, they continued with no answers with every question. The pool was not secure and a child could just walk right in and a trajedy would ensue. Kids were walking through the lobby soaking wet leaving water everywhere and the girl at the front desk didn't even flinch, ny wife and were tempted to say something to these kids because the staff certainly wasn't. Then when we wanted to use the pool one morning the girl at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready while it was being cleaned and didn't even know how to find out where the pool cleaner guy was to ask him. Although the rooms were nice and modern they hardly looked clean. In fact, they looked dingy and damp liked they hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I asked about where to recycle the front desk again had no idea or even seemed to care that I wanted to recycle. Then there's the RAT TRAP that was in our room that my 2 year old picked up and tried to play with. UGGGGHHHHHH!!! Finally, the guests at the hotel looked like they weren't even guests there. I think they just stopped there to use the pool and they were loud and disruptive and again, not a peep from the staff. Our stay was a nightware, if I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY from this hotel and go somewhere else. Please !!!

The last hotel booked before returning home. The front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese, there is a microwave in the lobby, and some rooms have it. The castle Ole is very close, there is a Chinese breakfast, a Chinese community. The room is quite big and the price is good. There is a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient. There is a bestbuy one hundred meters away and it’s not cheap, but the appliances look really good, and I have an urge to go home. Castle Ole is nearby, but I went to Desert Ole. It’s too far. I advise everyone not to go too far to Ole. Time is also money.
Location of the hotel is ok, opposite the gas station, lots of parking spaces, far from the center, windows cannot be opened, very noisy, clean, refrigerator/microwave/coffee machine/iron
The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.
The price is not expensive, the location can also be not far from the supermarket, or parking, someone cleans every day, the mattress is a bit stuck, the overall feeling is OK!

I have written about this hotel chain various time before and I will continue to do so only because they are the Best Hotel Chain. I look at them as a business partner because of them taking care of me I’m able to do what I need to with my clientele and that to me is worth more than anything else. In business you are only as good as you are able to keep your clients happy and Hilton makes it super easy for me to keep my clients very happy. Thanks again to all the staff at this Doubletree in Rosemead location for all your courteous and professional help. I’ll be back real soon
