Stayed here for years while returning to WI to visit our son. Last year had a full renovation that took place. Their communication on this construction during several stays was non-exsistant and several times put on floors that had construction on the other end. Did mention this to front end manager, with nothing done. This past weekend they blocked over 1/2 of the entire parking lot on a Saturday night with tournament baseball teams and other people staying, only to ask us for our car information in case they started work early on Sunday and wanted us to move our car. Really and to where? Lately not worth the price. Hopefully when all is completed they may be able to get back to the hotel we chose to stay at.

Stayed here for a trip to Epic Corporation. The hotel is fine. It just does t have that much character , and it was very loud at night . The rooms are arranged around an atrium , and even on the 9th floor , the noise from the lobby and surrounding rooms was loud. The bed was also kind of saggy in the middle. Very nice shower. I would consider staying again because of the convenience to Epic.

Room was absolutely gorgeous. Looks like it has been remodeled recently. Love the colors. Staff at the desk was super friendly. Shout outs to John who checked us in late at night and Linda who was at the desk when we left. Both super friendly and helpful. Also wanted to give a special acknowledgement to Brenicka. She was so helpful with answering my many questions before and after I made my reservation. Hotel was very clean. Has an awesome workout room and a very nice pool area. This has been my favorite Courtyard!

This is a favorite hotel for location, price, and amenities. The breakfast meal is good and complete with a variety in hot foods each day. The pool hours are very good from morning to late night...but the pool is too cold to really enjoy. The hot tub is nice. The room have plenty of seating and space. The bed has been our regular complaint from the uncomfortable mattress to the down comforter. The mattress is hard and flat and the down comforters in lumpy, but the room does a good job in keeping a good temperature.

Fabulous experience at this TownePlace Suites Madison West/Middleton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean, had a great little kitchenette and comfortable seating and work desk area in addition to the comfortable bed. The facility is very clean and well-maintained with a welcoming entrance and outdoor seating. The great location has good freeway access and is close to several amenities within driving distance.

We stayed one night in this hotel. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and included a mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. Staff at complimentary breakfast was helpful. Breakfast had good selections. There is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Nice location close to highway. A nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

We were warmly greeted. A very easy and friendly checkin! Our room was clean, comfortable, cool and just perfect! They serve a great breakfast. The pool is WONDERFUL! A private area for an early morning swim! Good price compared to the next door Marriot where a conference we were attending was being held. We will definitely stay there again!
