Hotel was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean as with the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Could not complain about anything. This hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations and close to rt 23. Did hear any sounds at night. Looks like our room and bathroom had been updated recently.

We had a great time. The hotel was incredibly clean, beyond our expectations. The room had a comfortable bed and a cozy feeling. The service was always good and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I felt like my girlfriend and I could chat with him all night and he recommended a restaurant to us that we ended up trying and loved ! We were very pleased with the entire experience.

We stay here every time we need a hotel in Marion. Clean hotel. Nice beds. Always consistent with those. Was a bit underwhelmed this time as there were a few things under par. Air in lobby and hallways wasn’t working so they had the front doors popped open with a fan blowing. Ice machine only working on third floor. No cinnamon rolls for breakfast and was pretty much out of breakfast by 8:30. Juice machine at breakfast wasn’t working. So it was a bit under par in some areas but the cleanliness of this place will always bring me back. I have always been happy with that, it’s so hard to find a trustworthy hotel in that area. So as long as it stays clean I will be back every time I’m in Marion.

They were very friendly nice people. I had a complaint and they automatically offered to change my room for me they were just so kind and professional I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend.

Our room was VERY clean !!! Had everything we needed . The staff was super friendly , very helpful . Our bed was hard ( I am used to my soft bed at home ) but I did sleep great . Everything worked as it should . Had our grandchildren and we loved the pool and hot tub . Breakfast was great , waffles are always a favorite !! Plenty of fruit and choices .

Very quiet, but quarter-sized dark round spot in carpeting near bed--blood? Room 212 Also, very limited vending. Was dying for a Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi, very mainstream items, but none to be had in the only vending machine. I don't see that a diet soda was even an option there. Desk employee located a sugar-free Mountain Dew, and I appreciated her effort, but no thanks.
