4.7/5
Outstanding
LLansehuoxing2019We came out of Yosemite Valley and planned to go to the giant sequoia forest here the next day. The cabin was very nice and clean. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. We heated up the pizza ourselves. The surroundings are very quiet. You can see the Milky Way and many stars at night. When you get up in the morning, you hike around for a while. The atmosphere in the fields is very strong. On the way to check in, I took a sidetrack at night and went back to find the place. However, it was very convenient to check in and check out.
GGuest UserIt is a 25-minute drive from the south gate of Yosemite. The room is spacious and equipped with a capsule coffee machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, and a ladies' makeup table, chair and mirror. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, fruits, eggs, sausages and milk are all available to meet daily needs. As a motel, it is quite high-end
AAnonymous UserArrived after dinner, service was very good, like the staff asked if I would like level 1 or 3.
Also good initiative to have the carpark lot brightly litted up and there was a front parking space for unloading. Only thing is need to pay extra $10 for parking.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, parking was convenient, and there were several restaurants and 7-11 very close to the town. It took half an hour to drive to Yosemite, and there were some small trails in between, but you should avoid driving at night, as the street lights are dim and the locals drive very fast, and the headlights are very dazzling.
GGuest UserHoliday Inn Express was fabulous. Everything was great. Had my service dog with me and it worked out great for me. Thank you for your great service, both Trip
PPaipaidianxinFacilities: relatively old, with carpets, a bit dusty, but the houses are well maintained
Hygiene: on the surface, it looks clean, but because the carpets are too old, they are full of dust in the sun. The whole family sneezed when they entered🤧, and there were big footprints on the sheets that were not washed clean
Environment: beyond expectations, very good, the whole hotel is very quiet, and in a small town, it is very convenient to eat and refuel, and it is very safe! You can see deer when you wake up in the morning~
Service: check-in has no attitude, no tipping is required in the breakfast room, a young man is full of passion every day, give him a thumbs up~ other services are not very good...
Summary: If you can't book a hotel in the park, you can still consider staying for one or two nights, but if you have severe mysophobia, you should book a relatively new hotel.
Uu.gungorPro: Good location and comfortable beds. Not a lot of people in the hotel.
Improvements: Found some hairs of previous guests in the bed. And there was no possibility for one hour later check out.
Eericlm1229The hotel is located near Yosemite, in a small village, with hotels on both sides. When checking in at Hampton, I was told that the kind bed room I booked was sold out, and there was only a queen bed. I thought it was too late, so I stayed there. Later, they said the curtains were broken, so they used bed sheets to hang. This was unacceptable. The Fairfield next to the hotel is a sister hotel, and they passed me there. When I checked in at that hotel, they charged me again. I had to negotiate with Ctrip and the hotel, and they refunded me after about a week.
Because we arrived late, most restaurants were closed, and the only Denny’s was open until 10 o’clock, so I went there to fill my stomach.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Booked for 2 days and extended for 1 day. It is a 20-minute drive from the south entrance of Yosemite and more than an hour's drive from the valley. It is recommended that you stay in the scenic area for convenience. But as an alternative accommodation, it is still cost-effective and the breakfast is simple and delicious. Parking is free and convenient, and there are large supermarkets around. But there was no room cleaning after three days of stay.
SStephanieShower had obviously not been cleaned as there was the plastic protector from a disposal razor still in the shower and hair in the sink. Front desk was very friendly. Guests were disgusting. At breakfast a guy was sneezing, sniffling, blowing his nose and then touching multiple items in the food area with out washing his hands after blowing his nose.
