REd roof Inn Leesburg is a kinfd of Motel. Nice staff. Scott very kind and open to help . Basic not hot breakfast. Close to shopping area, supermarket, you can even go for a walk to town

Friendly hotel service. Abundant and varied breakfast (also hot). Spacious rooms for four. Generally carpeted floors, some renovated with imitation wood floors like ours. The pool was not very clean.

My company has a corporate rate at the hotel. It’s convenient to downtown Leesburg and my office. It’s a suite hotel, there are no dining options. They offer a breakfast in the morning. There is a small market area in the lobby. The room was fine. I had a king bed, bedside tables and a desk. The kitchen is furnished with plates, glasses, pans, etc. There was a small dining table, a pull out sofa bed and a dresser. The TV was on the dresser and rotated so it could be viewed from the sofa or bed. While a Hilton property, the digital key isn’t available, the doors use a sliding key. The hotel needs a refresh. The elevator sounded like it was straining. The rooms just felt dated. My company has rates at other properties in the area, I’d try them before going back to this hotel.

This was an average what you would expect Hotel like a Hyatt Place, or Fairfield Inn. the King room was comfortable enough with a very good TV, microwave and Mini Fridge. The room had decent lighting and the King Bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were very soft. If you wanted housekeeping service, it had to be asked for. We did not utilize the indoor pool nor the hot tub and the exercise room was extremely small and cramped with some hand weights, medicine balls, an elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. Breakfast which was from six to ten was average with egg, a meat, sometimes potatoes or biscuits, two waffle makers, yogurt, cereal, fruit, mini muffins, breads for toasting. There was 24-hour coffee, and tea. Betsy checked us in, answered all the questions that we had and was very pleasant. Check in and checkout was quick and easy, and you could also check in digitally. the price was fine for our three night stay. even though signs were up for mandatory distancing and masking, that was not the case.

This hotel is in a great area, right across the street from the shopping outlets. It is a new hotel so things were very nice. Checking in I didn’t feel they did a great job, but I think the girl was new. And its not the Ritz, however checking out was much better. And they gave us a send off bag with water and chocolate, which we really appreciated since we had a 3 hour ride home. The breakfast buffet was very abundant with selections. We were first floor and did not hear anything at night. They have an indoor pool and work out facility. Did not like where the work out was located at the foyer of the hotel too exposed to everyone. But it was enough to get a work out in.

RralphyangelPrice wise one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife and I could not believe the great service, clean and comfortable room, and incredible buffet breakfast. The general manager was always on hand and made it a point to greet every sinle guest at the breakfast table. My wife and I spent over 20 years in the service hotel industry and were quite amazed at the level of service of this particular property. Well done!

Very great facilities and is wonderfully dog-friendly. The staff we very friendly and helpful throughout our week-long stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Wi-Fi was also very strong and allowed us to be able to zoom without issues.

PPassport46780136106In town to visit my dying dad for 2 days and it was the closest to the rehab place. I wanted to check in early before seeing my dad but that costed $50 extra bucks. So they just help my bags. Breakfast is only from 6;30am to 9:30am and I didn’t partake. Mostly because I was/am emotionally drained with my dad situation. But night 2 the smoke alarm battery went off at midnight. And I called down to the front desk. No one answered. So I attempted to sleep which didn’t happen. I call down at 7:30am to complain and was told I was to walk down to the front desk at midnight to find a person to fix the issue in the room I was paying for. It was my fault for not going the extra mile. I will never stay here again. Crappy service and absolute zero compassion. Only good thing is you can walk through grass and trees to get to a lake to walk around and either Sweet water Tavern or Olive Garden.

Traveling w my partner & dog. We used to like aloft bc they didn’t charge for pets. Welp, we spoke too soon bc now they do. Here’s the rub…my partner is a PLATINUM Marriott Bonvoy member. If you use bonvoy, you appreciate how hard that is to maintain. EVERY time we book, we ask for an extra blanket & 2 pillows. One of us is always cold & we both want pillows to prop up & watch tv since this price/grade of hotel doesn’t have extra seating. No matter how early or late we book, we never get the pillows or blanket. It’s pretty annoying. I understand that this is a less expensive hotel but I think we asked about FIVE times since. It’s ridiculous. Why does Marriott even ask if they’re not going to oblige? Other than that, the rooms are generally clean albeit on the small side. Today there was no disposable plastic cups-only a reusable one. With COVID still in the works, it’s not really acceptable. What’s happening at Aloft? We used to love!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 6 night with other team members. The rooms are dated, sheets don't fit the bed, and parking fees are absurd. The hotel parking lot connects to a ***** mall parking lot. There is parking everywhere including plenty in the hotel parking lot. But they still charge you a $7 per day for parking. Internet is beyond horrible. I paid $4 a day for the ”faster” internet and I was luck if it worked 20% of the time. Also good luck getting a good cell signal in the building. The worse part was the rude staff. On check-in, they charged me $109 for incidental. After checkout I was charged for the full stay which included room, parking, internet, state tax, and occupancy tax. They did not subtract the incidental fee they had already charged me on check-in. I had no other incidentals. I had two speprate charges on my card. One for the full price of my stay and other which should have been an incidental hold. I called the hotel to discuss the extra charge. I was connected to the hotel manager named Sara/Shara. Saying she was rude is putting it nicely. She spoke down to me and flat out refused to help and denied that there could be another charge. She made absolutely no effort to verify or look in to my concerns. All she had to do was review the audit reports and she would have seen the charge. I offered to share the authorization number for the charge or show her my credit card statement with both charges coming from same place. She was not interested. The kicker, she accused me or my co-workers of making the charge. So in her mind, I broke in to the hotel systems, charged my own credit card, and now was calling to request a refund back to my card? Hooray for customer service! In my experience, incidental are hold for a certain amount on my card. Not a charge that is never returned. An off the record charge coming from the same hotel sounds like a scam. Be careful and keep a close eye on you credit card statement if you want to brave this place. My company and I have been using Hilton properties for many years. After this experience, we will need to look for a more reputable hotel. Very surprised by this experience from a Hilton but I guess times are changing.

GGuest UserFriendly hotel service. Abundant and varied breakfast (also hot). Spacious rooms for four. Generally carpeted floors, some renovated with imitation wood floors like ours. The pool was not very clean.

GGuest UserThere was one major reason I booked this hotel. They offered 14 day parking, (we were going to be gone for 9 days), so .....bonus. Their website also offered free airport shuttle service from 5AM to midnight, since we had a 7:40AM flight out the next morning, this was ideal. When I asked the front desk clerk about making sure the shuttle would be available for a 5AM departure, she informed me the shuttle operated from 7A to 10P. I showed her the hours posted on the website and she said she was sorry but it was a mistake. We were forced to take an Uber the next morning. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was clean but dated. accommodations were OK for the one night stay. Upon return to Dulles, called for the shuttle. We were told they would be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. We were at the pickup point in under 10 minutes, waited 15 minutes and called again. We were told the driver made a pickup and left. Was told they don't wait for anyone and that we would have to wait another 15 minutes before the shuttle left again because the shuttle operated every 30 minutes. Their website says differently, see pics. To be fair, their website has been updated, since my complaints, to reflect the new shuttle hours but had they been accurate to begin with, that would have steered me to use another hotel in the area to begin with. The number one reason for picking this hotel was the early shuttle, as described on their website, which they didn't offer. Do not use this hotel unless you like to be disappointed. Never again!
