Great boutique hotel in a quaint little Pennsylvania Dutch town. Our room was extraordinarily clean and well appointed. The front end staff were friendly, enthusiastic and extremely competent. The only possible complaint was that the web site did not fully disclose the room rates . Consequently, we were charged a weekend rate for a Thursday night stay. But honestly, the increased rate was worth it!

Very nice hotel. We had a Deluxe King room which was spacious, huge shower, mini fridge, microwave, and best of all a couch to relax on in the evening. The hotel is very quiet. The AC does NOT roar like most hotels. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. Our only negative was the bed pillows; they were very thick and hard and even though the bed had 4 pillows, no variations. Everyone in our business group complained of neck pain from the pillows. The restaurant, Per Diem, doesn’t offer coffee or breakfast until 7:30am, which is late for business people heading to morning meetings. It is also a bit pricey. Many of us walked a block to a family restaurant which opened early and offered excellent meals and great prices.

The hotel is not bad, the room is average, the two beds are 150CM. There is PIZZA HUT near the hotel, you can go out to eat. It is also very convenient to refuel nearby. Breakfast is right across the lobby, very rich, bread, yogurt, fruit, or you can make your own waffles. Coffee and water are served all day in the hotel lobby, very good.

Pros: The staff I met were friendly and helpful beyond what I expected. The place has a bit of a country vibe with comfy sofas in the lobby and rocking chairs on the front porch. Bathroom was up to date and clean. The white hotel linens were clean, mattresses were decent. Coffee in the lobby was shockingly good. Cons: While the sheets and bedding seemed really clean, surfaces like the curtains, high touch areas on the room door, and the arms of the easy chair were visibly dirty. Yuck. My room lacked the privacy curtain, it had been removed and not replaced, so you either had room darkening shades or zero privacy from the parking lot. We were there two nights, Friday to Sunday, and they don't do maid service for that length of stay. Breakfast is free, but mostly white flour and white sugar options. As noted in other reviews there is some offputting signage in the breakfast area (STOP signs at the door) LOL. I guess people have exploded eggs in the microwave a few times so now there's signage about it. First time I've had a US hotel room with no carpet. Not a fan. Probably led to hearing more noise from the room upstairs. Farm smell was smellable outside but hey you're in farm country.
This was our second time staying at this hotel. The Hotel is super clean. The Room was wonderful & spacious. We had a handicapped accessible room since my husband is in a wheelchair and the bathroom was huge and very accomodating. Duann is the best! She is very welcoming and always with a smile. Very helpful! The only downside was that the pillows & mattresses could use some updating. Too soft for us. Overall, we had a great stay and definitely will stay there again.

I have stayed here weekly for the past 2 months for business, and Michelle and the staff are very friendly, thankful and accommodating. They even presented me with a cupcake from Lancaster Cupcake-which was delicious and is right down the street! I would usually stop by on my way to work to check in (a little early) and they would always have a room ready for me. The room -king or queens- and bathroom were always clean. They have a bag breakfast available (pre-packaged breakfast sandwich, yogurt, fruit and muffin) which is convenient to grab in the morning on your way out. The area is safe with ample parking, and there is a Turkey Hill steps away if you need any supplies. Thank you for always providing me with a pleasant stay!
Our family booked a stay last April 2023, so it was only natural to book this venue for our April 2024 PA trip. We were disappointed in the condition of the room because both closet doors were broken perhaps by the previous occupant. The photos tell the story and the front desk. The other issue involved the loud noise in the hallway made by unsupervised children going to or coming from the pool area around 8:45 ish.
