Excellent
The Springhill Suites is one of the closest hotels near our wedding venue, and it includes a bar to host an after-party. We had many out-of-town guests and wanted somewhere to crash after our wedding night. The Springhill Suites offered the perfect accommodations, including complimentary extended hours for the bar. It was the perfect way to spend some extra time with our out-of-town guests. All the bookings were extremely easy, and we even had our room compensated for the night to bring our guests. Our room was so wonderful, and the staff left us a congratulations goodie bag. I highly recommend this hotel for all stays, but especially for your wedding guests!

GGuest UserWhen I arrived it was not what I had expected. The staff was friendly. The staff at the reception were sometimes a bit withdrawn but if you initiate a conversation they were friendly. The cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly. My room was cleaned every day, bed made and enough clean towels everyday. Absolutely no complaints about the cleaning. I even got an extra pillow when I asked for it. The bed was firm and for me as a soft bed sleeper no problem at all. I slept very well. The internet was fast and I had a strong connection inside and outside the building. The room was a bit outdated if I compare it to other countries I've visited but for American standard it was fine. TV had more than enough channels and only once in a while I would hear a plane. I got the impression that some guests have long stays in the hotel because some children went to school - not that this was disturbing. The air-conditioning was a bit loud when running but it didn't disturb me. This location was easy to reach by car and close to stores and highway. I have two things that I would like to have seen differently. The bright white lights next to the bed. Less ”bright white” is my preference. The breakfast was the same everyday (fried potatoes with scrambled eggs). There were also cereals, bagel and toast available which were served on a paper plate with plastic fork and knife. Two different loaves of bread would give you more variety.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very difficult to find, especially in the dark… signage is minimal if any. No real directions on where to park. There is a parking garage attached to the building. No safety measures that we could see; anyone could enter the maze of hallways…a gauntlet of twists & turns that you have to navigate on foot in order to find the actual hotel. UNSAFE!!!We were told NO luggage carts so be sure and pack lightly. Check in took FOREVER and there was no body in front of us. Front desk clerk was however very knowledgeable. No ice that we knew of. ***Excellent breakfast buffet on the weekend …it blew us away!!!AND very pleasant hostess. Requests were not met for additional towels. We would not stay here again even though we are loyal to Marriott.

Absolutely wonderful stay, I can't say enough great things about the place. Stephen the general manager went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was good. The pillows and beds were comfortable. The place was extremely clean with everything that you would need for your stay. They have an on staff valet service, which was very timely and inconvenient for just a small up charge. The Rooms were very quiet. We did not hear any outside noise, although we knew that hotel was at capacity.

GGuest UserWhile the hotel itself was nice, the check-in was a disaster. I had called ahead to let the hotel know we would be arriving between 2am and 3am, due to a late arrival into Newark. When we arrived around 2:45am we were told we could not check-in after driving over an hour and spending another 5+ hours on a cross country plane trip, because the computers were in the middle of a ”reboot” to close out the evening. I was told that if I had called in to tell them we were arriving late someone would have printed keys for us advance, so it was obvious to the hotel clerk we didn't call in (which as previously stated we did). All in all we had to wait an extra half hour to check in, after which we were told the keys probably wouldn't work, so we had to wait for a maintenance guy to walk us up to our room and let us in, and then to add insult to injury, the next day, the front desk calls me up and tells me we never left a credit card imprint (which we did, one of the reasons we had to wait half an hour), so we would have to rush back to the hotel to provide a credit card or risk losing our room for the second night.

SShen浩洋The hotel is not bad, clean and comfortable, although the age is a bit large, but the experience is very good, the surrounding is convenient. Good value for money. The hotel has breakfast, but the end of the time is relatively early, it is recommended to bring your own washing tools.

The friendliest staff of any Holiday Inn Express I have visited. I was greeted upon arrival and everyone was very accommodating during my stay. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping services were exceptional and everyone was very friendly. The internet was excellent and worked without any interruptions . Highly recommend this hotel.

AAnsteadOur venue was canceled last minute and the hotel did not care. They get customers all the time because of this venue and to not understand or care about the cancellation by the event was horrible. The only good thing that happened is the third party app that handled the planned trip stepped up big time and spent almost six hours trying to negotiate with the hotel to no avail. Trip.com is the best!!!

Well this place was totally ridiculous it really went down hill since me and my husband stayed there several times was much nicer. This room was a joke first of all the alarm clock didn't work, there was no blankets on the beds and the comforters ****** they wouldn't stay up on your body while sleeping they slid right off, sounded like there was a heard of horses above our room jumping all night then I went to pick up the phone to call front desk to ask for a blanket and the phone didn't even work and I have a heart condition if I needed help or assistance I would of died because I couldn't call for help then we saw bugs I'll say this I will never ever go there again and will not tell my worst enemy to go there oh forgot the heater ans AC didn't work properly either the whole place and room and experience was horrible except I had a wonderful time less the whole lousy room thing .
