The location was very convenient. The staff was friendly. It was a wonderful room. I will use it for my next stay.

My company has a corporate rate at the hotel. It’s convenient to downtown Leesburg and my office. It’s a suite hotel, there are no dining options. They offer a breakfast in the morning. There is a small market area in the lobby. The room was fine. I had a king bed, bedside tables and a desk. The kitchen is furnished with plates, glasses, pans, etc. There was a small dining table, a pull out sofa bed and a dresser. The TV was on the dresser and rotated so it could be viewed from the sofa or bed. While a Hilton property, the digital key isn’t available, the doors use a sliding key. The hotel needs a refresh. The elevator sounded like it was straining. The rooms just felt dated. My company has rates at other properties in the area, I’d try them before going back to this hotel.

This hotel is in a great area, right across the street from the shopping outlets. It is a new hotel so things were very nice. Checking in I didn’t feel they did a great job, but I think the girl was new. And its not the Ritz, however checking out was much better. And they gave us a send off bag with water and chocolate, which we really appreciated since we had a 3 hour ride home. The breakfast buffet was very abundant with selections. We were first floor and did not hear anything at night. They have an indoor pool and work out facility. Did not like where the work out was located at the foyer of the hotel too exposed to everyone. But it was enough to get a work out in.

REd roof Inn Leesburg is a kinfd of Motel. Nice staff. Scott very kind and open to help . Basic not hot breakfast. Close to shopping area, supermarket, you can even go for a walk to town Room not very spacious for four, very small bathroom, but renovated.

Friendly hotel service. Abundant and varied breakfast (also hot). Spacious rooms for four. Generally carpeted floors, some renovated with imitation wood floors like ours. The pool was not very clean. Close to shopping area and supermarket. Nice little village Leesburg

This was an average what you would expect Hotel like a Hyatt Place, or Fairfield Inn. the King room was comfortable enough with a very good TV, microwave and Mini Fridge. The room had decent lighting and the King Bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were very soft. If you wanted housekeeping service, it had to be asked for. We did not utilize the indoor pool nor the hot tub and the exercise room was extremely small and cramped with some hand weights, medicine balls, an elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike. Breakfast which was from six to ten was average with egg, a meat, sometimes potatoes or biscuits, two waffle makers, yogurt, cereal, fruit, mini muffins, breads for toasting. There was 24-hour coffee, and tea. Betsy checked us in, answered all the questions that we had and was very pleasant. Check in and checkout was quick and easy, and you could also check in digitally. the price was fine for our three night stay. even though signs were up for mandatory distancing and masking, that was not the case.

The room with two double beds looks good and clean, but it is a bit inconvenient to have a shower without a bathtub. Very quiet, American breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly.

We had made arrangements for a Park, Sleep, Fly stay here with a flight from Dulles. We arrived Saturday afternoon dropped our vehicle and Springhill Suites provided us with a shuttle to the airport. The desk and shuttle driver were very kind. To our surprise, after several hours at the airport our flight was canceled. I called back to the hotel after 9p. They found me a room and sent a shuttle. They again were extremely kind and helpful. Husan at the front desk offered a later checkout due to our late arrival and need for a late departure on Sunday. Sunday afternoon they quickly arranged another shuttle for us. Our driver David was so very kind and offered the same outstanding customer service we received from Husan. We will be staying at this hotel again on our way home from our international trip. I highly recommend this location. Our room was very clean and really comfortable. It included breakfast in the morning. I will come again and highly recommend it to others who are traveling!!!
