Best Jefferson Hotels

Wish they had free wi-fi & free breakfast. Some room service would be nice as well because a lot of sick people stay there & just don’t feel like getting out of the room. Everything adjacent to it closes down @ 8 pm & pretty costly. There’s a nice little snack store in the lobby. Nice pool/jacuzzi area. They should really give discounts to patients & family members staying with them, it can get really costly staying there. Very clean & comfortable rooms. Coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo & sundries. Nice atrium to sit in & enjoy. Great free parking garage connected. Some valet service to park your car, close @ 6 pm. No bellmen but they do have carts to help with luggage transfer. On site laundry too, very helpful on long stays. Thank you trip.com for this great rate! 😁

Clovia was a wonderful hostess who was very kind hearted. She took very good care of me and my mother in the morning making sure we were good and got everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the workers at the front desks were nice. Will definitely be back!

Terrific location! Great staff! Excellent facilities! Varied breakfast options l. We chose to stay here once again as it is centrally located and safe and clean. Erick was big help prior to checkin; and Latasha was a smiling front desk agent who was great help, too. Both of these staff members were extra friendly and went the extra mile to make our ‘anniversary get away’ even nicer. Thanks to both— we will be back!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had just drove 12 hours and needed a hotel near where we were going. Over 250 dollars later for 2 nights we got to our room which had hair in the tub, cable line cover ripped off wall with a hole in wall, and no tv because batteries in remote were dead. We said ok just go to sleep and tell them in the morning. Woke up to coffee pot not working as well. We figured out that the surge protector was shot as they had the TV, the cable box, the fridge, the microwave, and the coffee pot plugged in to it. We told the front desk and they changed our room. After getting to the new room the patio door was broken and all the ac air was leaking out the space created by the door not closing all the way. The outdoor pool is also not as pictured, the water is green and nasty. We will not stay there anymore and they should not have 3 stars. Also the health department should take a look at the ice machine on the second floor as it has mold. Definitely not worth what they charge to stay there.

Hello Hampton Inn customer service front desk, I just want to thank KARA so so much words cant explain how hard working this young lady was when me and my family took the drive all the way from Ohio and I didn't have a room and something got mess up when i was doing my reservations. But KARA was the truth and she made a way for me and my children and I thank her so much for just helping the whole family. The rest of the front desk stuff I'm not sure it was always to much attitude or they didn't feel like being bothered. But way to go KARA and was another young lady on I believe Saturday morning who was awesome as well.

Nice hotel for business travelers but the service is poor. When I got to my room, there was a note on the door, along with every door, stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, Jefferson Parish locations are in effect for ”Saltwater intrusion issue”. Residents/Guests should not drink water from any faucets, boiling or disinfecting is it not advised. We have plenty of bottled water for all our guests for use, so please feel free to take a reasonable amount. I stopped by the front desk and asked if it was ok to grab a bottle of water from the fridge, the lady at the desk said for $3.50. I said, not according to the paper on my door! She said the free water is gone. That is the water for sale. I said you need to take all the notes off every door then. Just an hour before when I was checking in, I saw what appeared to be the manager and 2 guys bringing in cases of water. I told her, being a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, I’m always giving 2 bottles of water and some snacks which I usually turn down but she didn’t extend me the offer. This type of service is not what I usually experience with Marriott Hotels.

We had a lovely stay at the Country Inn & Suites, Metairie the second week of March 2023. We booked the hotel through our credit card and check in was a piece of cake. They do ask for your plate # and a credit card for incidentals, so make sure you snap a picture of your plate when going in to check in -- it'll also come in handy for paying to park around the city as well. Our room was in the main building and it was quiet and felt safe. My family enjoyed the breakfast and the variety every morning. The location was terrific and we found that going out the side of the parking lot and then using the side streets, it was easier than trying to navigate the u-turns on the main highway. I was surprised that our room was serviced every day during our stay as other brands of hotels still have a once every 3 day policy. There seemed to be a variety of workmen, nurses staying at the hotel as well as families and a tour group bus. The front end girls were terrific and always had a smile on their face!
