I am in the middle of my second stay here during July 2024. The hotel is conveniently placed near Crabtree Valley Mall and circa 1.5 miles from the nearest grocery store (Walmart). The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the gym facilities are very good indeed. The reason my score is a 3 is because none of the hotel room doors have a soft door closer. Therefore the door will slam shut if the guest does not close the door by hand. This is fine until you’re trying to get some sleep. I’m into my third night of a 10 night stay and seriously considering moving as I’ve had 2 sleepless nights already since arriving. I did raise this on my previous stay and received an email from management. Appreciate this isn’t easy to fix and will require some capital expenditure however, maybe a letter in each guests room might help. Other than that, no issues.

Sitting in the hotel as I write this. Wifi did not work in the room. I notified the front desk last night that, as soon as I entered my room, it stopped working. The only option the front desk could offer me was to call tech support, which is not fair to the employee or the guest. It is 2023, Hilton…DO BETTER. There is no menu of any kind on the site for this hotel or any other under the Hilton umbrella, which makes it very difficult to plan for what I can eat. (I am on a restricted diet that, in part, prevents me from consuming dairy.) For lactose-intolerant guests, this presents a challenge as traveling with nondairy milk is not always a practical option. Why is there no soy, oat, etc., option available like every other place that serves breakfast? Further, where are healthier options like whole grain bagels/bread? You are a multi-billion-dollar company and offering a menu online as well as whole grain and nondairy options are not outlandish or exorbitant requests in 2023. In fact, they should not even have to be brought up—ESPECIALLY when breakfast is included (yet many guests are excluded). Finally, plastic cups at breakfast? Seriously?! I am not even going to say anything more about this. Stop worrying about executive salaries over the basic comforts of your guests. It is a true shame that your oversights clouded over what might have otherwise been a pleasant experience given the friendly staff.

I was passing through the Raleigh area and needed a place to stay for the evening. I've always had great luck with Candlewood Suites, so when I saw there was one close to the highway, but not RIGHT off the highway, I decided to check the rates and see if they had any availability. As luck would have it they had a couple rooms left and the rates were very affordable so I decided to book for the night. When I pulled in, the parking lot was very well lit and I was able to find a parking space right away. (There's nothing worse than getting to a hotel late and not being able to find a parking space close by!!) The check-in process went very smoothly, and I was in my room in no time. The room was spacious and had a full kitchenette. It was nice having the full size fridge to put my cooler of road snacks in overnight. The bed was really comfortable, and I feel like I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. On my way to check out in the morning, I saw they had a large guest laundry room next to a full fitness center with weights and everything. Although I didn't use these facilities, I could see how that would be great for someone for someone staying longer than one night. All in all it was a great stay as expected. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Raleigh area!

Yes they are for sure 😁.an all the staff are doing a wonderful job like miss Robbin Adria Julian Ms belle Ms Marion Ms Sonia they all have been good to all customers around here all day house guests. The rooms are still 100% clean anything you need to go get it for you it might take a look time but it'll be right there the final day they are good friends to work for as as a good company all I can say about them they are 100% pure people friends they know how to handle business and they take their work serious I've been here almost going on a year and I never complain about nothing cuz I don't have to cuz the first time I've been here everything is been correct so this is all I have to say about that you all have a nice day.

Overall good experience! Our room was great, nice & clean. The restaurant located inside the hotel is super good, we ate there twice during our stay. Located right next to the highway and Crabtree valley mall. It was nice having the mall so close but very busy intersection and a bit difficult trying to get out of the parking lot at times. Also only one elevator in the hotel so be prepared to wait a bit. We tried to check in about an hour before check in along with about 4 other people and no rooms were ready yet.

The layout of the house is old, but I have to say that the bathroom in the United States has no smell. The two beds of 1.5 sleep very comfortably. It would be very noisy around the roadside in the future. I have to say that the quality of the old beauty is really good. There is no car on the road. It is quiet at night and the surrounding area is relatively convenient.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Maid service was as-needed making it safer for staff and guests. Room (501) at end of hall was super -- quiet! Breakfasts were good and service was friendly and pleasant. Front desk was very accommodating.

I enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

Great hotel staff from the moment you check in until you check out. The room was a great size, king bed, great bath/shower combo. Huge work area with great wifi. The hotel bar has great, had a good food menu and again great service. The outside patio with the fire put was a nice bonus
