WWollenChristinaYou never stayed we tried to cancel it the woman at the front desk was either not understanding didn't care because I wish you Priceline and the VIP number she does it anyways so it booked it but it didn't book it until the following night which I already had reservations at the Clarion inn airport in Manchester for the following night that's why we wanted to make sure that it was camping because we clicked on the wrong location. My husband is infuriated because she charged his card and he doesn't think he'll be getting it back. So he's like a card reimbursed.
CcollinsgaryThe experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire
Fast and easy services. Very efficient shuttle to the airport. I booked this hotel last minute and the staff were very helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when I’m back in town. Nice bar too!
GGuest UserGo elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!
GGuest UserWe went to Manchester to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. We did some shopping, swimming and Chuck E Cheese of course. Hotel was perfectly located to all those things. Yet quiet at night. Restaurants are not quiet as close as website indicates however. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good and hot.
Ssharon aStayed here for a night with my family as we were looking for a night away from home at a place with a pool. The room was small but appeared to be clean until my 2 year old discovered a pair of mens underwear (NOT my husbands) in the bathroom. I informed the front desk, not trying to make a big deal out of it, but more for their information. She made a note of it but didn’t even offer an apology. The pool area is very nice and was the main reason why we booked. We were looking forward relaxing in there after dinner but much to our surprise, it turned into a sort of a night club at night. It was actually a pretty cool concept - DJ, bubble machine, fog, and 100% kid friendly, just not what we were expecting during COVID. Apparently it’s also open to the public at a cover change so it was pretty busy! Breakfast in the morning was ok - cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee. I guess it’s usually better but with COVID they have to limit the options. Overall, not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed.
the maintenance here is poor at best. They get annoyed if you bring these to their attention. Curtains don't close or are non- existant. plumbing falling out of sink, broken stained furniture, vacuuming of room, is based on, if they see it on the floor , none of the entire area is ever vacuumed. I find pet kibble and food on the floors. Nothing is cleaned after the previous guest, microwave, fridge. Laundry is always a mess. Washing machines never cleaned or sanitized. Not sure the ice machine is ever cleaned. I like most of the staff, but nothing is ever addressed properly. The price is right through an app, and I can have my pet, but i clean up after my pet, no one else does. House keeping use shortcuts for everything. and the maintenance guy is a hack.
HHONGIn Manchester, I started to introduce my friends. After I lived, I was very satisfied. Manchester is duty-free. It is very cost-effective to shop here. The hotel service is very good. It is really good to order food delivery to the room.
