Excellent
With our infant, we decided to stop half way on our roadtrip and this was the perfect place! The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were so nice and helpful. The hotel room was clean and seemed like it was recently renovated. The only thing I wish was available is the waffle machine as my husband is a fan. Besides that, everything was just what we needed.

She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay. I appreciate everything she did to make our morning better

WWeinisenlinIt was the first time I stayed at this place. I drove 20 minutes from Morrow. The traffic on the i75 was very heavy as usual, and it was even blocked for a while.
I thought it would be quieter and more comfortable away from the airport, but it wasn't. It is estimated that the recovery from the epidemic has not lasted long enough, and the hotel's facilities have fallen into disrepair. The shower head leaked slightly, and it stayed there for one night. I was too lazy to replace it, so a temporary water heating job solved the problem. It seems that the door lock on the opposite side is also broken, and a master is repairing it. The room smelled like the rainy season probably due to leakage.
The front desk and breakfast were no longer impressive.

Definitely recommend! Room was extremely clean! The gentleman working the desk was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good with a lot of options! Pool was clean and available to use! Small fitness room available. Was nice and quiet. Was a great stay to get away from the storm! Close to a lot of stores and restaurants (walking distance to some) my only complaint is if the beds was a little bigger. (We had 2 double beds wished they was at least queen sized) But other than that was great!

We accidentally left a wallet containing money and cards and a pair of AirPods when we checked out. We had not noticed that we had forgotten these items! The items were secured and we were contacted within a hour of us leaving! When we returned , our items were secured in the back office and everything was in the wallet! The staff here is awesome! Sheena, the front desk associate is extremely helpful and super nice!

From check-in to check-out, we had great service at this hotel. The beds were very confortable and the room was clean - just what we needed after a long day of travel! The front desk clerk was very accomodating and kind. The breakfast host the next morning went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right adn had a heart to serve.

I had lost my wallet never knew such devastation, and feeling helpless. Didn't realize I was walking distance from quality inn Nick was working that night told him the situation and he was all about helping me after wandering around all day everybody treating me like a homeless person I own Lake City Auto sales in Swanson town in recovery and Lake City Florida now I know how the other side feels since then I've been giving thank you Nick thank you quality inn for making me feel at home

GGuest UserStayed here because I was returning a rental car to Hartsfield Airport early the next morning. Not wanting to drive all the way from Macon early, the fiancé and I stayed here. I was a bit leery about staying at a Red Roof after my previous experience at the one which is closer to the airport, but after staying at this Red Roof, my concerns went away. The young lady behind the counter, even with her first day being back to work after a long vacation, was very friendly to my fiancé and I. We had a room with a king sized bed, which was very comfortable, and everything in the room worked as it should have. I did not hear any noises, especially traffic, as this hotel is literally off of I-75. Check out was very easy, and the staff were still as friendly as the young lady was the night before. This will be my new hotel to stay at when I either have an early morning flight or if I’m returning a rental car to Hartsfield.
