What a beautiful and clean hotel, we had to drop off our daughter who is attending Boston College as a freshman and everything close to the college was sold out. When we arrived Margaret-Anne & Christian were at the desk they were very friendly, professional and extremely pleasant during the process. Margaret-Anne print out suggestions for beaches in the area which by the way we ended up going to the 2 she suggested. Revere & Scusset Beach it was amazing. Thank you for making this process a very amazing experience. We will be back soon

I was treated like an ***** by the girl at the front desk when I asked why the pool wasn't open she said it wasn't open until after memorial day, when I questioned this and said it wasn't on the website she mumbled something about it had to be over 60 degrees and considering it was over 70 outside it was a poor excuse..I told her I had booked the hotel because it had a pool and she looked at me like I was completely stupid! Sorry but I've came a long way from Ireland and spent a lot of money to get here to be treated like an ***** by someone half my age. I demanded a refund (which hasn't went into the bank yet by the way) and she said she couldn't authorise one and phone on Monday- I told her I wasn't moving until she found me someone who could. Miraculously after talking to her general manager she said she was authorising one. I wasn't the only paying guest asking about the pool too, while I was there 2 girls came over and asked could they not even sit outside at the pool and were told no. Ridiculous they can get away with this. I would steer clear ,the staff clearly have no customer service experience- the guy on the front desk at check in was borderline rude too - he hardly even spoke or lifted his head. STAY ELSEWHERE

I stayed here with my daughter last weekend for night two of the Taylor Swift concert @ Gillette Stadium. Upon returning home to NY the next day/evening, we realized my daughter had left behind, in the room, her beloved stuffed animal! When I called the hotel Momday morning, I spoke to Alex @ the Front Desk who was absolutely wonderful in checking to see if they had her stuffed animal and then making sure it was sent back to us in a very timely manner. Alex was attentive and awesome - and we so appreciated it. Nice, fun, clean place to stay, too! Our trip was short but we had a pleasant experience! No exaggeration! If you are traveling by car, the location is absolutely great ~ the living functions nearby are good, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which can be reached in about five minutes by car ~ it takes less than 30 to an hour to get to the city or nearby famous attractions Wait, the point is that the residential environment here is very comfortable and quiet! The room is also very comfortable and clean. The service staff here are also very kind. I like it very much!

It was set on the same day, and the price was 11 yuan higher than before. I was told that I did not have a room. I gave a card to sign and went to the best value opened by the owner’s daughter 4 miles away. It’s a waste of time 4 miles away, and it’s too late. When I got there, I found that it was not a motel but a budget hotel. It was newly renovated. The appearance is average but the interior is definitely comparable to holiday inn. It is a free upgrade and earned it. Check the price. , It's about 10 dollars more expensive, and it's opened by Indians

We chose this property as it appeared to be quite close to Gillette stadium. We came down for a conference and didn't want to stay somewhere that would require a long drive even in the morning. I always check ******* and the reviews appeared to be quite favorable. When we checked in, it was a flawless procedure. We had to walk around the outside of the building to get to a set of stairs leading to the second floor. When we opened the door, we were greeted with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hallways were quite narrow and I could tell there had been some damage to walls in the past that had been repaired. The area appeared as though many of the rooms were occupied by people who are living there. While walking down the hallway, I could smell the dirty rooms. A short distance down the hallway we walked down to another section of the property. When we opened the door, there was quite a difference! The hallway was wide, it was clean, and there was a pleasant smell. The rooms were spacious with all recently updated furnishings and fixtures. The room was equal to many other hotels that I have stayed at. The property itself was less than 2 mi from Gillette stadium, which is a bonus. I did not see anyone hanging around the rooms on our way through the hallways, but I did hear televisions playing in most of the rooms. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a place close to the stadium. I would also recommend checking first to make sure that you get one of the new rooms.

The place was clean, room was lovey and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast too.I haven't stayed in a place this comfortable in awhile. Very conveniently located. Near LOTS of things to do. I will definitely be coming back.
