EErik’sWhat can you expect from Beltway 8 and 69 area? Not much. Stayed at least 20 hotels/motels around there and still couldn’t tell the difference between an inn or a big name hotel. Is this Holiday Inn cleaner, easier access, or better than others? Not really. But, it got the job done. Close enough to where I need to be, got a good night sleep, had a great meal at a Chinese seafood place 10 min north of it, and good wings at other side of 69. It was just good enough for me to rebook again.

GGuest UserI wanted to love this hotel as I have stayed at SpringHill's before. However when we arrived to check in for our 3 night stay at around 8:30pm, they didn't have a room ready for us and we had to wait around 20 minutes for the room. The front desk employee did offer us snacks during our wait. The room did not have enough towels, sofa sleeper cushions were stained as one of the bed comforters. Refrigerator did not work either. On the second day we discovered mold on the ceiling by the window.
We were moved to a new room. Customer service was great.
The other problem I had was that when making the reservation, the room was advertised as having a trundle bed. That was not the case. None of their rooms have trundle beds according to staff.
Breakfast was ok but could be better. On our last morning, they were out of almost everything when we went a little after 8am.

GGToniThe shower wouldn’t drain; the phone in the room didn’t work to contact the front desk, so I had to call from my cellphone. I was told maintenance would be on the way. Needless to say no one showed up. We had to wait 35 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could shower.

WWENBecause it was decided near the friend's house. Hotel conditions are good, clean and hygienic. In addition, the hotel also provides a relatively complete fitness facility. Breakfast is average, but the breakfast provided by American hotels is basically not in line with the appetite of the Chinese people, and can basically be accepted. If you come out to play, it is recommended to book a car in advance to facilitate travel.

GGuest UserThe room is very beautiful and the suite, the bathroom is also very large, the hotel at the same price is very good, the curtains are a bit leaky in the morning, the front desk service is general, breakfast is 6:30-9:30, but after a little more than 9:00, I can't see anything to eat. I asked the front desk that it had been collected. Very helpless. I wanted to stay another night, but I'm fine.
