Best Fairbanks Ranch Hotels

The hotel is very nice, low-key luxury, especially the restrooms are amazing, and floor heating, suitable for bringing children, there are hot springs in the yard, good food, super convenient parking!

The surrounding environment was quiet and nice. After all, the bed feels good. The service was fine. I would like to use this next time.

At my arrival, the front desk Staff was very unfriendly. Their system had a problem and my cards were refused and they treated me like somebody wanting to scam them but then they found out that it was their problem and they didn’t even apologize. Then i had my breakfest included in my trip.com booking and they wouldn’t give me the voucher, telling me that they didn’t see the breakfest, even though the price per night was higher then the normal room. No chance of trying to help me calling trip.com, so i had to pay 2 times for my breakfest. I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks… it’s not my problem, but i need to pay anyway - no apologies. It’s a Hilton, but there is no difference to other hotels. the service is unfriendly and unprofessional (except at the restaurant - they were cery friendly) and the room itself is old, there is no smart tv - so no netflix/prime - no welcome water bottle, only for purchase. i was not so satisfied with my stay

Very good hotel, whether it is software and hardware and the environment, basically no choice. Mainly talk about the environment. If you live, try to choose the valley view side, it will be more comfortable than watching the pool. It's just that the price of golf is too high to match the price of American courses.

Very nice hotel with complete facilities. The lady at the front desk was very beautiful and directly upgraded the room type for us.

Except for the ”pay at the store” feature of Ctrip's overseas hotels, which is confusing, everything else is pretty good. It is recommended to use Ctrip to book overseas hotels instead of making online guarantees and using the so-called ”pay at the hotel”, as you will be charged the room fee inexplicably.

For the price and location along with having decent amenities this hotel was a good deal and I had no complaints. Ample parking below the building, very close to the beach, nice coffee shops and yoga studio, and easy access from the main road . Beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. It’s not a five star hotel , but for a business trip it for the bill just fine

The facilities are relatively new, and the room is very clean. It is recommended to use a room near the swimming pool. It looks better when the lights are on at night. In addition, the buffet breakfast is highly recommended, with a rich variety and good taste!

The hotel is very nice, staying for more than ten days, suitable for family with baby, has a sofa bed, can cook. The ventilation is also good. It is recommended to rent a suite if cooking, the room does not smell of soot.

The hotel service is very good, especially Serena, a Chinese employee at the front desk, helped me a lot during my stay and was very kind. Hotel facilities are average, but expected.
