AAnonymous UserStaff was friendly and helpful. Full breakfast and fresh. It was convenient to where what we were there to do. Fresh baked cookies at front desk everyday. The royal was my favorite! Checkin and checkout went smooth!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and I'm glad it's non smoking. They had a sign that they had cocoa, but they didn't have any. I got locked out of my room a couple of times, but the front clerk helped me. I liked the fitness center, except one of the machines didn't work. The walls are kind of thin. I could hear the couple in the next room **********.

GGuest UserWifi doesn't inside room. Breakfast wasn't good.
Especially milk in refrigerator weren't full , we were not drinking. We said front desk to not working wifi inside room. She wasn't any useful action. We went back our room. Feeling were not good. We're not satisfied with no using wifi inside room till to leave tomorrow morning.
