GGuest UserWe called and booked a room a week out and asked if we could bring our 3 poodles. We were told their policy typically only allowed 2 dogs, but they were willing to make an exception (per the manager) and they booked the room for us. The day before we were scheduled to arrive, they called and cancelled our reservation. We never asked them to make an exception, they offered. If you don't want to make exceptions to your policy, that is completely your right, but then don't book a room for a customer and pull the rug out from under them at the last second. So the day before we're scheduled to make an 18 hour drive across country, they left us out on a limb. I can't understand how anyone in the hospitality industry could even have a job with that kind of ”customer service”. The worst experience we've ever had. Warning to anyone traveling, they may just cancel your reservation at the last minute and leave you scrambling to make other plans.

CCharles1019First stay here. The staff were awesome. They thankfully have their breakfast buffet open with a twist. You walk up, and the ladies will get whatever you want form the buffet and you can then sit-down in the breakfast area. the ladies were so nice!Y my room was comfortable and plenty of space. I had the room with the jacuzzi tub/show. Only used the shower. There are plenty of places to eat at nearby. I would highly recommend eating at Abe's. What an awesome meal there! Looking forward to the next visit here.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the service was very good. Miss sister also recommended our nearby Chinese restaurant, which was opened by Taiwanese. Opposite is Wal-Mart behind the gas station, the location is super good

GGuest UserThe young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice and recommended places to eat. The room was clean and we slept good on the bed. The couple negative remarks are pretty minor: there was no Kleenex in the holder and no extra toilet paper (we crossed our fingers that we wouldn't run out). The remote control didn't work - the TV stayed on the one channel. Also, the toilet base was wobbly and needed tightened to the floor better. The hotel was within walking distance to a few eating places. The front desk guy recommended Tapps so we walked over there. It was very good.
