RRichardsonHotel was really really clean! I arrived almost 10 hours late so I went to check in and was told all rooms are booked! It was Memorial Day weekend and a lot of people came into town. I pre paid so I felt cheated. Turns out my hotel key and paperwork were already there when I gave her my name. She had made sure our room was available and handed me the key with no issues. Best service ever! I have had overbooked rooms that I reserved through an app before leave me stranded. This was great for me as it would have been a huge inconvenience since it was 5am

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel yesterday evening. Customer service was great! Immediately welcomed by the evening staff Owen and another young woman. I was provided with my key and information about the hotel breakfast and to contact the front desk with any needs. The room was clean and had makeup wipes (yasss!), Dove shampoo, Pur conditioner, Dove body wash, and Dove lotion in the bathroom. I checked out early for my flight and wasn't able to have breakfast. There weren't any issues with noise and the hotel is in great condition. Would definitely recommend and visit again. I got in late so didn't have a chance to look at the full hotel though I did see a nice fitness room. There is also coffee set up in the lobby 24/7 and lots of room to sit and chat with friends/family. Lastly, they have snacks you can purchase (candy bars, soda, water, frozen meals, etc). There is a Starbucks nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk associates were wonderful so accommodating and helpful always cheerful and had a kind word to say. The only downside was the GM who was constantly rude, made myself and husband feel unwelcome and was not understanding even after explaining that my husband does freelance remote work and though he gets paid at different times during the day from his clients we always paid our room. Though since it was not paid on her time she was completely unprofessional.

Super large room, great location to shops/eateries/highways etc.
Amenities were good (and got better whilst we there as the gym acquired new weights and equipment which was awesome!)

GGuest UserTrendy, urban kind of vibe. Stayed in a room with one king bed. Tile floors in the room. We had a view of I-25 and could barely hear any traffic. Impressive! Great bathroom with a walk-in glass door shower. Good and free shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower dispenser, and hand soap and hand lotion dispensers by the bathroom sink. They smelled really good and worked well too. I did t even use my own personal shower stuff. So much more efficient in the large bottles and less clutter compared to the tiny bottles of icky stuff nobody likes. We would stay here again, or any other TRU by Hilton, now that we know what to expect.

VVanessa AppelhansIt is relatively easy to find off of 470. It is a little dated but has the basic amenities in this price range. It has easy access to Uber eats and other food delivery. It did have ports for computer access. It didn't have cable for local channels. It had only paid viewing available.

OOliviaxueThe breakfast was good and the service was good. Especially the uncle at the front desk has been very gentle, but I don't understand that the standard room and the big bed Ctrip have different prices but the same room type. I feel that Ctrip is very pit!
