I’m picky and this place was great. Start to finish, top to bottom. Happy pleasant staff. Everything is new. All the details have been thought of. It was quiet, clean, comfy, the tv was massive, cute starter stuff for coffee and tea, sponge, room was best I’ve ever been in. And there is a nice pool that was a happy place and useful for some basics. Didn’t use the half court basketball but could have. Breakfast was great-hot breakfast and cereals and oatmeal ..there is a waffle maker though didn’t use it. Space was well organized and varied. Loved the oat milk creamer option. Loved the comfy bed. Window treatments were clever and felt fresh. Aldi and hyvee within short walking distance. Starbucks etc. Would add maybe coasters at bedside tables because drinks leave a mark- we used paper towel. And maybe a tiny dish soap for hand washing so to save water on running whole dishwasher. Otherwise perfect.

Sshu hsuanThe hotel is very new and clean. It is only a 3-minute walk from the outlet, which is very suitable for shopping. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep, but the breakfast was mediocre and the hot food was not very tasty.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed here with our two dogs for five nights; we did the same in May 2021. It’s a convenient place near our family, they have large suites and common areas, and electric car chargers. It feels like a home environment, with the staff being readily available but also giving guests privacy and flexibility to enjoy their amenities. The king suite was like a little apartment with separate bedroom and a kitchenette. We were about to set up our Roku for our favorite streaming shows. Apparently the property was just purchased by new management and they have an entirely new staff. Christina was brought in to help train the staff and help the property get back in shape. She and maintenance man Evan were hustling to accomplish all of that and we witnessed considerable improvement within the few days we were there. Their staff is wonderfully diverse and quick to help. If you choose to stay here in September 2022, expect to report some maintenance issues. If you have any problems, do not hesitate to ask for help. We look forward to visiting again next year!!

The expierence was divine. Great people from check in to check out. The room was very clean. The staff was nothong but friendly. I always put my stay on my mama tezt. Which means would I send my mom here. O can say confidently I would. Kudos to the great team that was here

Upon arrival, we were checked into room 223 only to find the room was already occupied! I returned to the desk and the clerk was dumbfounded and rebooked us in 246. Upon opening this door, we were met with the most rancid smells of smoke and musty carpet. At this point there was no way we were going to stay at this location so I advised the desk clerk and we left to stay at one of the several other area hotels, without incident. This hotel is filthy, does not have an entry ramp nor an elevator so all luggage must be carried to access the lobby and the 2nd floor rooms, no apologies or explanations offered by front desk staff for the issues, carpeted stairwell was strewn with debris and all this was noticed within the total of possibly 10 minutes that we were on site. Lord only knows what the rest of room would have looked like if we would have gotten inside any further! Do not stay here. I am shocked that Wyndham is even associated with this locations, it is not at all like any prior Wyndham locations we have stayed. Extremely disappointing.

GGuest UserMy adult daughter and I had checked into the room around 5pm. The room smelled somewhat 'smokey' or maybe it was just musty, not sure.
After inside the room for a bit you could no longer smell it; which I guess is good.
When we returned to the room after a concert, they had locked the main hotel door so we had to walk around and find a door we could access; even with our key. You had to enter via their banquet facility. A bit irritating because 2 females walking around a hotel very early in the morning is not safe.

HheartlandhomeschoolAll of our experiences with staff were good. The lobby looked fine and the pool was warm. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The room was gross, poorly kept, and dangerous. The carpet was slimy under bare feet and was peeling away from the tack strips on the floor, leaving staples exposed that my husband stepped on. The bathroom door wouldn't close and stuck about 2 inches open. Even if it did close, the latch was duct taped over instead of repaired properly. There was dried urine on the floor when we got in, so obviously wasn't from us. The mattress was also lumpy and uncomfortable. If we had any option, we would have stayed elsewhere, but the state fair was in town and hotels across the twin cities were nearly completely booked out.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying there the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast isn't really much to talk about it's usually a muffin and coffee some granola bars instant oatmeal hot cocoa tea stuff like that. The one complaint that I do have is that their fax machine did not work and I needed to fax a lot of items out. The staff at the front desk was very helpful very pleasant had a great attitude the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job I enjoyed their company when they were in the room they dusted and vacuumed and mop my floors changed my bed I thought they were wonderful people the guy that came and collect the trash and picked up the parking lot always had a smile on their face and a good thing to say
