LLizSunValleyThe job the housekeeping staff of this hotel does is simply amazing. They go above and beyond with their special touches (beautifully folded towels/facecloths —linens crisp and fresh, everything sparkling clean). I met the head of the housekeeping staff, Gloria, in the hall and thanked her. She had very deserved, great pride in her work and that of her staff. Her professionalism is symbolic of the excellence of this hotel. Also there is an absolutely lovely young man, Jason, who works keeping the front lobby clean. He always smiled and said hello. Another example of the genuine hospitality here. Just loved staying here—highest recommendation!!

Let me begin with the check in. The young lady was not only freindly, helpful, but attentive to our needs for some assistance. The room was very clean, welcoming and had a comfort feeling. A close to home feeling. Our slumber was quiet and undisturbed. Some hotels have unruly customers that tend to ROAM halls and floors, not here. The morning brought forth a traditional hotel breakfast with Jo, the breakfast preparer. She was pleasant to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure that everyone that sat in the breakfast nook was satisfied. Our conversation with her was a pleasant change to other hotels. Check out was greeted with a smile and a big THANK YOU for our staying here at our hotel. So in the middle of our 14 hour trip home from Vermont, we found a small oasis in Painesville, Ohio at the Comfort Inn on Auburn Road.
