It started with the initial check-in. I tried to change my reservation to a 2-night stay to a 1-night stay, they could not accommodate me after I told them I was affected by the Northern fires and received word that I can return the next day. I was told I could not do that. I also requested a ground room and I ended up on the 2nd floor. The man at the front desk treated me poorly. This is not an establishment that you want to stay in under any circumstances.

My company always books with Clarion. I rarely write reviews about my stay. Majority of the time, it's routine. But my stay at this particular Clarion prompted this first. The front desk staff was exceptional. Lilly handled our arrangements with the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. She was very accommodating to our fluctuating needs and schedules. Really made it a hassle free experience. The breakfast staff, led by Ms. Betty greeted us with smiles and laughter every morning. Like dining at a close friends or relatives house. It was wonderful. Kudos to the entire staff for being top notch!!!
