I stay @ room 213 - Sink in the bathroom seem clogged. It drain very slow - Bathtub paint is peeling off from the bottom. when I fill with the water - The pillow is not comfortable - The room is clean but bathroom have hairs in the tub - It some sharp edge of the carpet from the room to the bathroom. Be careful when you step on it. It’s can be hurt. - Breakfast is good and Staff is very nice - If you have car with trailer the parking spot Is in the back of the hotel in the dark zone with the big truck park. - Hot tub is nice temperature and indoor swimming pool. - Small Gym with few equipments

I've resided here since July, and the Staff are phenomenal, they've treated me like family, with the utmost respect, kindness, and have accommodated my slightest whim. They are true professionals, and exemplify what hospitality should resemble. I would recommend this Extended stay to my worst enemy (as long as they don't embarrass me and offend my new ELP family). The only challenge thus far has been the inconvenience of the location for basic living necessities, however, ”I” chose to stay here (due to a former residency), thus it's no fault of theirs. Have a car to get ANYTHING done (I'm disabled but they are so kind to make sure that I don't ever need anything within their power). Love them and I am in absolutely no hurry to leave.

Stayed here for one night with my wife in January 2022 while driving to Arizona for the winter. Contemporary venue. Standard and predictable Courtyard. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. No unpleasant surprises. The young man at the front desk who greeted us and imparted some local information to us was very nice. However, it would have been even nicer if he had been wearing a mask while conversing with two retirees who were trying not to catch Omnicron.

Tony at the front desk was phenomenal! Had to call from Austin to set up my mom in a hotel last minute and even though I had to call multiple times to verify her stay.. Tony each time was so professional, kind and went above and beyond.

Excellent place to stay we even extended our stay after checking out. Lol. We love it here. VERY clean, quiet, can't hear traffic from the I-10 and most staff kind and friendly. However, no matter how hard I tried, the lady at the front desk in the morning on Friday/Saturday was not friendly at all and she acted like she didn't want to be there. Maybe the owner/manager as she seem to do as she wished and didn't care how she treated her customers. That is okay because everyone else that worked at the front desk was friendly and very professional the way people should be working at a hotel front desk. The hotel was accomodating and met our special request. We checked out on Thursday and as we were driving away, about 30 minutes later we decided that we weren't quite ready to move on with our trip and would like to stay another two nights. Called hotel and they put us back in our room another two nights. Price is worth the stay and quality of hotel.
