Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms. Everything well-maintained. My friend thought it was one of the nicest resorts she'd been in. We enjoyed traveling the Hwy 35 Mt Hood Scenic Byway, & visiting local orchards & Wineries.

The owner of this hotel should be very proud of their employees. The hotel was very cleaned and spotless. Each day the staff would clean the entire lobby, breakfast buffet area and our rooms. Our bathroom was clean as well as the common area bathroom. The lady running the breakfast area was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

The gentleman on the front desk went out of his way to find me a good rate and researched my Hilton Honors membership as I knew I held one. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very modern. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and a hot tub on thet promises. Breakfast is provided and, whilst this is simple, it is quite adequate. This was. Really nice stay and the room was very comfortable and to a high standard. Internet access was good,

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s close to everything! We walked everywhere and my children loved it. There's a water play area about a hundred feet from hotel, you can walk to many delicious restaurants, breweries and the river. There's a Whole Foods if you need groceries. It's great! There were a few inconveniences that I would fix but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. The elevator wasn't working when I arrived and I was on the second floor with lots of heavy luggage and lots of kids. It was also 90 degrees out so that wasn't fun. The lovely lady did volunteer to help me lug it up. My key stopped working every time I left my room whether it was by my phone, tucked in a pocket, or kept away from everything. Another really annoying thing was every single day a group of women having some Barbie party would take over the entire pool area. The tables, the couches, the lounge chairs. They literally hogged everything ALL day long leaving hardly any space for any one else. They left their pool toys, floats, and food ALL over the pool area and could not be bothered to be anything but rude and entitled. I wish the staff would've checked on that situation a little more but we had fun at the river instead.

Frustrated, I called the hotel directly and explained the situation. Jim and the staff at the hotel were immediately and completely helpful. The matter was completely resolved, and I ended up staying at the Inn. I don’t understand negative reviews of this hotel. I have now stayed there more than several times, and I’ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The facility is always impeccably, clean, and comfortable to stay in. The only possible negative is the location near a major highway, but you were going to run into that at most places you stay. I will be forever grateful for my most recent experience with this hotel, and highly recommend it. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

GGuest UserThe room was quite satisfactory. It was renovated after the hotel changed hands and changed hands. It was a bit rough! The swimming pool is constant temperature, especially few people travel, comfortable! The location is far from downtown and the surrounding traffic is not too convenient. Suitable for self-driving travel! The waiter was very good, but the breakfast was very simple and would be eaten!
