7777Sue7So big sinkhole in parking lot so be careful entering especially at night. Outdoor pool only so it was closed. Not much around so you need to drive to get to most places. Across the street is a great Home Depot and to the right is an Outback Steakhouse. Did laundry here. Erik assisted me due to no note on the washer to tell you to put two coins in each slot. Pillows are so thin had to fold them in half to sleep. Due to its convenience for the mall, it was a good location.

EEdward aThe only good thing is its location. The breakfast buffet on their website is a continental breakfast with the one employee at the front desk asking you if youn want a cup of coffee. The room decor looks like it was from the early 90's. I got a wake up call at 6am I did not request. The walls are paper thin. Gotten woken up at 1.30 am by footsteps above me. Bed pillows are old and lumpy. The a/c did not work and the maintenance person had gone home. I did change rooms after repacking. The bathroom towels are old and rough and the toilet paper should be called sandpaper.Last i went to turn on my bathroon faucet and it lifted off the counter. this is my first review I have ever written. Do not let their website fool you. Never again!

GGuest UserThe room was very good, clean, nice size, with a larger-scale mini fridge than those you usually see in a hotel room. The water pressure and heat in the shower was very good. The front desk attendant who checked me in on Tuesday, February 21 at 10 pm was WONDERFUL. I wish I could remember her name to give her a proper shout out. The attendant the next morning (2/22 at 8 am) was also great. Carmen in the kitchen/breakfast area was another fantastic staff member. Having a great staff really does make a difference in a customer's stay, and these people really did make me feel (and probably everyone they encountered) like I was a valued customer. The main issue I had with my stay is the design of the parking lot, and how cars pull right up to the windows of the rooms. I was on the first floor, room 115, and there was a car just outside my window, just like the parking layout of many other hotels/motels. So of course, the beep-beep of the car locking, was something I heard quite a bit. Even late at night when I was trying to sleep. Unfortunately, there were customers outside talking right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning, also disturbing my sleep. To make things worse, this particular car outside my window, loaded up their car at 6:42 am, after interrupting my sleep several times. And the woman in that group outside was quite a loud cackler. I know rude customers aren't the fault of the hotel, but I didn't get a great sleep here. Maybe a room on the second floor would have less disturbances from the parking lot? If the hotel would ever change the layout of the parking area so that the cars park further away from the rooms, it would probably make a huge difference. The breakfast was mediocre. Free, so that was really nice, and like I said, Carmen wanted to make sure that everyone was having a nice breakfast. Great location, perfect for a stop on the way to NY, and a gas station just up the turnpike for a fill-up.

SsorshabAwful stay. The hotel has “quiet hours” starting at 9pm, but still allowed a large group to run up and down the hallways yelling until 2am. After three phone calls and two trips to the front desk, we were told the manager would not be available for several days, and staff is unable to do anything about the late night/early morning noise. This hotel is not for a person seeking a relaxing night of sleep. Would not recommend. Will not stay again.

TTeresa LThis hotel is nice and close to West Chester. The bedroom was clean and spacious. However the shower tray had not been cleaned and the ironing board was broken. I did bring this to the attention of the receptionist but nothing was done about it as we stayed for two nights I thought they would have cleaned it for the second night. The breakfast is reasonable with cereals, and plenty of choices of l etc. However breakfast is served on paper plates and cups, with polystyrene bowls. None of these were recyclable as there was food residue on them all and there is no effort made to separate the clean plates from used ones with food. This is disappointing for this hotel range as this was the same in another Holiday Inn we stayed in. Otherwise the hotel is good value for money.

We stayed here with my family. Got 2 rooms that connected and we were very happy. Nice big TVs that you can control from your phone. Everything was super clean and we got early check in. Wished they had a pool but for the price I am not complaining.

BBirdbathBathroom was not clean,especially the sink and shower. Body wash was already opened. Remote was dirty. One of the lamps did not work. Hallway smelled of *********. Breakfast was just ok.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the woman that was in the breakfast area. Very nice lady. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.
