My husband and I needed to stay at a local hotel while our place was getting renovated. The staff was amazing from management to housekeeping. We ended up having to stay over 40 days and everyone was so accommodating during this stressful time. The location was convenient. The hotel was kept up really well. They really care about how everything looks and how they make you feel. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this location.

The hotel staff gave out my private information to random strangers where they asked if I was in fact staying there and what was my room number. This particular stranger asking about me was wearing plain clothes not a uniform, did not show a badge, only identified himself by his name, more importantly did not have a warrant. Information was given out. Without my permission. When I brought it up to management, they said it’s none of their business, they don’t care, that’s my problem, and I don’t have proof of the night attendant relaying it, etc. I said it is your business when you put out my confidential information to the public. I could file a civil lawsuit against extended stay America corporation if I wanted to as per the United States Supreme Court ruling in 2015, I have a reasonable expectation to privacy. Also, that could possibly put my life in danger when the general public asks. Another time, I inquired with the management about why I haven’t received housekeeping in 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. Management said they don’t have housekeepers. Management is tasked with the responsibility as per her job title of staffing her property accordingly. I continued to push back for someone to do it. I paid for it. It’s part of the rate. I already waited almost 4 weeks. Management yelled at me and said quote unquote “clean your own f****** room”. I couldn’t believe my ears. Never had that ever happened to me at any hotel brand including extended stay America. So I responded that I can’t pay you for the week unless you fulfill your responsibilities. The Management said I’ll have you removed out of the room from police. I said go ahead. I’ve been here for over 31 days. According to the law, That makes me a resident rather than just a guest. I have more legal protections now. The management called the police. The police arrived. The police knocked on the door. I didn’t answer as I don’t have to unless there’s a search warrant. The police left without further incident after literally only a minute. Because the police knew this was a civil issue not a criminal issue. When the management realized I wasn’t being removed, the management locked me out of my key card so I couldn’t get in my room. That’s against the law. After 31 days, lockouts are not permitted. Only an order by a judge of the court can order me removed. But either way, I paid for the week because I didn’t want to argue about this topic anymore. I didn’t receive my housekeeping until week 4 following the previous housekeeping date. At the previous housekeeping, it was a new housekeeper who joined the staff. And she didn’t speak fluent English. Spanish only. That morning, the housekeeper walked into my room without burst of knocks 3 times announcing themselves. The housekeeper literally walked right into my room without a heads up. Again law enforcement is not even even allowed to do that without a warrant. But the housekeeper walked in without forewarning. Another situation was after the 3

MUCH better places to stay elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cons: - Out of 41 TV channels, only 19 work, many of which were not even in HD. When checking in, heard 2 other customers complaining about same issue. Front desk replied they are changing cable carriers, but if you read reviews on TA and Google, same issue was happening 8 months ago. Desk agent recommended we stream from our devices, but on both TV's, neither of our 4 devices would pair. After 3 successful phone calls to front desk about this issue, when called again, all of sudden desk agent 'couldn't hear me'. Same issue on next phone call. Nothing. - Breakfast food in refrigerated section was days expired, pointed out to front desk and they removed them, but did not replace them. Pros: Clean hotel, was able to check in early, and got room upgrade for being Platinum w/ IHG. Much better places to stay in the general area, do not recommend.

Very good, very comfortable, good in all aspects, but a little expensive, after all, you get what you pay for, it just depends on individual needs, after all, good hotels are expensive everywhere

It just a fantastic hotel big rooms friendly staff quiet great price thr location is nice to close to walmart and restaurants and many other amenities the high way and light tail close and easy access to evetything
