Unfortunately this was the worst visit that I have had to a Hilton property, especially as a Diamond member. 1st. The bed was the worst that I have had. I had been to this property previously a year ago and complained that the bed was not comfortable. The attendant at the time said that they were scheduled for mattress replacements. Apparently that was not done. I ended up sleeping on the couch that was more comfortable. 2nd. There was water damage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. I understand that there is a need to stay open but there was a true lack of communication and consideration to the patrons or at least to me. I was on the third floor and my room was at the far west of the building. I would pass fans and dehumidifiers to get to my room. They were quite loud and ran all night. The room buffeted some of the sound but it was still present. 5 days into my 10 day stay, the demolition and room rebuild started. The pathway to the elevator was sealed off. There was no notification and no offer to move me to a room that would not have that inconvenience. I had to climb up the stairs two or more times a day. Along with this my room was not serviced as the housekeeping carts could not get past the sealed hallway. The day before I was to leave, there were odorous vapors that were hard to tolerate but was tolerable when I stayed in my room. I didn't want to be moved to another room as I would pack up to leave the next day. I wish that the communication and planning was better. I should not have been placed in the room which would have not put me through this ordeal. I will be letting my corporation know of the extremely poor service that I received at my stay at the SFO Homewood Suites location.

Area is beautiful. Hotel is newer very nice for a Doubletree but stayed two weeks and $25 a day to park in the huge lot was ridiculous. When I got to my room my frig had previous guests restaurant leftovers in it and water, their sock on the floor, floor wasn’t swept close to the beds. Better after I tipped. The pool was cloudy. Not sure what COVID laws were when I first got there but breakfast was buffet only, dinner starts at five not much selection and draft beer taps covered. Closed on Sun. End of 2nd week, back to normal. Staff was friendly, especially the front desk ladies, and restaurant/bar staff. Beautiful Bay walking path but nothing around for food or drinks in walking distance. Slept great, selection of different pillows and dark blinds.

The front desk service is very good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the inner bay is outside the hotel, and the sea is calm like a lake, so you can take a walk. The airport bus departs every 45 minutes without reservation, but because it is the starting station, it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport. If you go to Uber, it will take 5 minutes.

The room is very clean, two queen sizes, about 1.5 meters wide, the bed pillows are surprisingly comfortable, must praise, two fly in the ointment, the shower head in the bathroom is not big enough, the water does not flush, in fact, changing the shower head can solve it. The second hotel is close to the highway, a bit noisy. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is delicious, so it must be less, two servings for three people are enough, and the amount of American food is too large. In addition, the cleaning of the room probably needs to be done by hanging a list when you go out. We stayed for two days and no one cleaned it, but the utensils such as towels are complete, so I didn't ask the hotel to clean it

There is basically no breakfast, you can pay for it in the coffee shop next door. The parking is convenient, the bed is big enough, and the room I booked has two beds. If it is a self-driving tour, it is still possible, after all, the price is relatively cheap, parking does not need money, there is free wireless.

Well the Hotel is on Airport Blvd., in South San Francisco, Ca. Nice quite area near downtown South San Francisco, Ca. 4 minutes from Popeye's chicken, Dunking donuts, Denny's, Starbucks, Coffee and More. Very close to 101 South freeway, North and South, 10 Minutes from 280 free North as well. The Hotel is very clean, Secure elevator which guest must have a key card, nice continental breakfast each morning, free parking secured parking lot as well. The hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, with bath/showers, clean and up to date. My stay was very well worth the rate. yes I will return back. Thanks 2/2020

I did a back to back check-in the previous morning, and a staff member came knocking on my door around check out, woke me up and told me to call front desk. I explained I did a back a back check in that morning, and he told me to call front desk. I went back in my room and called front desk. The same staff member I spoke to in front of my room answered and told me that he notified “them” that I did a back to back check in.

The hotel is not bad, the room is large and there are two floors of parking. Very close to the airport. Very good as the last night

As other reviewers have said, we found this hotel to be a little worn down. Nevertheless, our room was clean and comfortable and all the people we encountered at the desk were helpful and friendly. However, getting food in this area was a real challenge. Usually airport hotels have lots of choices of both fast food and restaurants, but the offerings in this location are minimal. It compounded our disappointment to learn the hotel's restaurant was only open certain days. The cook-to-order breakfast that HGIs usually offer was totally missing, since the restaurant was closed on the two mornings we were there. I did not see this ANYWHERE on the website or would certainly have chosen a different hotel. Even though we had a car, there did not seem to be many places to eat; several we might have gone to were closed. There are several other hotels, even in the Hilton family, close by. I'd suggest picking one of them.

I would give this Home2Suites 5 stars, but there was one lady at the front desk named YVONY, who is the rudest employee that I’ve ever encountered at a Hilton franchise. She needs to learn to provide better customer service and not roll her eyes at customers. Aside from her, we actually love this Home2Suites because its close to SF, its easy and fast to check in (except that there’s no digital key), the rooms are very clean and spacious, the parking is decent (except that its $20-$22 per night), most of the employees are nice, and there is breakfast provided every morning.
