Beautiful location, not far from the *****, but far enough to not have any noise. The Queen suite was spacious. There are outlets everywhere. The bathroom amenities were wonderful. You don’t need to pack any of those. The evening reception of two free drinks and a small snack buffet was perfect to start. The receiving areas throughout were very comfortable. The outdoor seating areas or beautiful, peaceful and amazing. My favorite kind of pool with zero entry and not more than 3 feet. All around was perfect for me and any family with children. I could stay in the lazy river all day, the hot tub was huge. Although the breakfast had many choices, the cook to order was not good. Every staff member was delightful and helpful. The decor is simple but elegant. The waterfall in the lobby is lovely. We spent two days not leaving the hotel except for dinner and enjoyed every minute. There are so many hotels to choose from in the area, but I would definitely come back here.

Booked 2 rooms for out of state family to attend local wedding. Very good location. Near restaurants, stores, church. Front desk answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Clean facility. Adjacent restaurant and nice bar, frequently with entertainment. Good breakfast with nice variety included in stay. All the personnel I dealt with were extremely professional and accommodating.

It was good. The room was clean. And hey had scrambled eggs for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was I was in a non smoking room and it was on the second floor. But the smoking rooms I believe we're ground level so you could still smell the cigarettes.

This was our second stay at this hotel and both times were wonderful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has every amenity one could possibly want. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bathrobes were super comfortable. Excellent, delicious breakfast and the restaurant was spotlessly clean.

The overall experience is still great. First of all, the hotel is in the wealthy area of New Jersey. There is no problem with the environment and security. It is a bustling town with dozens of meters of restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to Newark Airport and there is also a train station directly to Manhattan. The hotel owner is a great Chinese sister, who is of Jiangxi origin, very patient, her own house, very homestay feeling, the front and back environment is very clean, the price is high in the whole area, other hotels have to be two or three thousand

Stayed for 3 nights while my apt was having repairs done. From check in, to breakfast, to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, courteous and good at their job. More importantly, I was impressed with the overall cleanliness. The bathroom literally sparkled. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The management here deserves the lowest possible rating. I arrived here on July 5 for a 4 night stay with my daughter and disable son. He requires a wheelchair for ambulating. My reservation was made well in advance. We were visiting family in the area and looked forward to outdoor pool time. On arrival there was a man at the entrance who I assumed would help with baggage. He disappeared into the building. My daughter and I helped my son into his wheelchair. The wheelchair was in the trunk and we had to remove the luggage to get it out. We made two trips into the lobby got to the registration desk. It was warm in the lobby and now saw fans at the desk. I inquired about what was going on. We were then told the ac was down and had been for three days. I told them I couldn’t stay here . They offered to cancel my reservation and handed me a paper with two hotels listed. One not a Hilton and in Elizabeth. The other in Parsippany at an Embassy Suites now a Hilton brand. I asked them to call and see if there was a handicapped accessible room. They said we can’t do that you go do it yourself. After protesting that was not good customer service the clerk helped me out. I also inquired why I had not been informed earlier about the lack of air conditioning. I had received a message that morning welcoming to the hotel as if nothing was amiss. The reservation got made we went on our way. Not one person offered to help us get the luggage and the wheelchair back to the car. To add insult to this about an hour after we left got an email informing me that the ac was down and offered to cancel our reservation. I am a Hilton honors member. When I travel I stay at Hilton. What a disappointment. Much of this could have been averted with proper management.The lovely Short Hills Hilton where I stayed and dine several year ago is not the same. Hilton you are not well represented by this facility.
