I've stayed in 50-100 Hampton Inns in the U.S. and Mexico over the past 30+ years and this is one of the best I've stayed in. Nothing too fancy or unusual, just a hotel in a nice location run really well. Specifics: Easy to find? Not really on the first try even with GPS. It's in a mixed residential / business area with a mix of highways and roads. Follow your GPS and look for the 3-story hotel and the big HI sign. Parking: It's a bit cramped so I suggest backing into your parking spot. Other Plusses: easy access to stores, restaurants etc. in the area; well-staffed front desk, nice friendly greeting. Location: Convenient to points north and south in AR, and locations in OK and MO. About a 30-minute drive to XNA airport. Breakfast: Typical HI breakfast, maybe better than average. The oatmeal was completely cooked and welcome. The yogurt selection was above average. Coffee in the breakfast area ranged from very good to bad. Housekeeping. Excellent, I couldn't ask for better HK during my stay. Check-out experience. Use the app. Overall I would definitely stay here again !

Fairly new property, so everything is in good shape. Nice sized room, we had two queens. 24 hour coffee, tea in lobby. Nice pool. Common area for breakfast was nicely arranged. Breakfast choices are arranged on a round surface rather central to the space. Fresh fruit, energy bars,cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, mini muffins,etc. Beverage station had juices, coffee, hot water, cold water, etc. Also had hot breakfast sandwiches and mini egg white omelettes (delish). A bit pricier than I thought it should be. Had a workout room. Nice machines, but a bit too warm in there to stay for anything length of time. Lots of other hotels in the same vicinity, so lots of choices if you want to watch your budget. Ample parking.on a very busy street, so getting in and out of the property can be challenging.

Mattresses need replacing!!! We have had 2 different rooms and both king beds were horrible. The sheets in this room are disgusting. Body hair that is not ours in the bed. Nothing has been sanitized. They do not put clean comforters on the bed. It’s so disgusting!! No extra blankets in the room. Tv remote didn’t work. Asked them to replace it on day 2 and got there that night and it hadn’t been replaced. . Gave us 1 coffee pod when I asked for room to be cleaned on day 3. There are 2 of us in the room. We have stayed 2 workweeks now and 2 more weeks booked. Please replace mattresses and buy better sheets. The ones on both beds have been so thin they almost have holes in them

王王The hotel is approximately 20 minutes drive from the XNA northwest airport of Arkansas. The hotel will have a free shuttle bus. When booking a hotel, you can indicate the flight and arrival time, and the pick-up request in the remarks. However, flights in the United States usually go ahead of time. When you arrive, you will call the hotel immediately, so that the car that arrives at the checked baggage hotel is almost there. The name of the hotel on the hotel's pick-up car is very clear and usually stops at the location where the taxi is parked. The hotel room is large and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and free coffee. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the standard American hotel breakfast. After check-in, check with the registered hotel staff to send the airport departure time.

110062017The previous reviews on this property is not what we found and experienced. Other than the staff being friendly, this motel is horrible. It is a dirty, older motel that is located next to an older, rundown RV Park. The room looked dirty with marks on the walls and furnishings. Though we were supposedly in a non-smoking room, there were burn holes in the chairs, blankets, and curtains. The door frame and the window screen were very worn and needed replaced. You could see light coming in around the door, along with the heat from outside. The bathroom was very, very small. It was barely big enough to change clothes in. There is a laundry facility on the property, but it only has 2 washers and 2 dryers and motel guests share it with the RV Park. Breakfast in almost non-existent, though they advertise having a continental breakfast. There is no breakfast seating and breakfast consisted of 2 different types of granola bars, whole apples, minimal cereal choices (I believe 2 choices), packaged Honey Buns, and juice/coffee. (There might have also been yogurt.) It was a Grab n' Go style breakfast. There were 2 ice machines within the motel, but only 1 was operational. The beds were on the harder side and weren't comfortable. There were a couple different pillow options, but both were uncomfortable. This property does have an outdoor pool that looked refreshing, though we didn't give it a try. Overall, the vibe of this property seemed unsafe, dirty, and rundown. I would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

SStay57323226440This hotel had the strangest elevator issue; it could go up, but it couldn't go down if you were on the 3rd floor. Taking the stairs down had debris that wasn't cleaned up. Breakfast was good. The front desk was helpful. My biggest gripe with this entire chain is the shoddy construction of the hotel itself. You can hear the people directly above you and it sounds like a pack of elephants. There is a $50 security deposit that is added to your bill; my issue with this is that it wasn't instantly charged to my card, but it takes several days (over 4 to have the funds back on).

GGuest UserIf I could give this business as well as the management at this business no stars for unprofessionalism, I would. I had family members who booked a stay at this hotel for our wedding last weekend. Even after calling and confirming that having pets on location would be acceptable and even after paying the pet deposit, once they arrived, they were told absolutely under no circumstances would they be staying on the property with the animals(even though they are kenneled as needed), and they were asked to leave WITHOUT a refund. Whatever policy you are saying you have, while it was not communicated, I can understand, but without refund??? When I attempted to call to resolve this situation, not only did the manager who answered the phone admit that she was in the back and didn’t realize any of this had occurred, and only after the employee encouraged the guest that night to go ahead and contact the manager “because she won’t care that you’re upset.”), she put me on hold, then came back on the line to tell me, “well if I remember correctly, the guest’s demeanor was not okay either.” You just told me you didn’t know any of this had occurred, and now you’re telling me “if you remember correctly”…also, how exactly should one, who is from out of state and just traveled a great distance, feel after being told a) they wouldn’t be getting a refund despite this miscommunication on the business’s end(it was news to her that pets couldn’t be left unattended..even in a kennel.. when she mentioned she was in town for a wedding), and b) they would have to find another place to stay effective immediately? Irritated at the least, in my opinion. Lastly, instead of attempting to come to a resolution or even apologizing, I was hung up on. Whatever you do, read reviews for this location before you book a stay with them. I wish I had before I encouraged them to book a stay here
